About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in end-to-end payroll processing, payroll reconciliation, and compensation & benefits administration. The successful candidate should possess excellent analytical and numerical skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll systems, ensuring accurate payroll execution while maintaining compliance with company policies and Saudi Labor Law.

Key Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Prepare payroll reconciliations, reports, and salary analysis.
• Calculate overtime, bonuses, incentives, deductions, and End of Service Benefits (EOSB).
• Ensure payroll compliance with Saudi Labor Law and the Wage Protection System (WPS).
• Maintain employee payroll records and HRIS data accuracy.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance to resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Prepare payroll reports and support internal and external audits.
• Manage payroll-related government platforms such as GOSI, Mudad, and Qiwa (preferred).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, MIS, HRIS, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Payroll.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, compensation & benefits, and payroll reconciliation.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Power Query).
• Experience with ERP/HRIS systems such as SAP, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
