شركة BD، إحدى أكبر شركات التكنولوجيا الطبية في العالم، تعلن عن توفر وظيفة نائب رئيس حلول التوصيل الطبي (MDS) لمنطقة META في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يقود نائب رئيس MDS لمنطقة META جميع جوانب التوجه الاستراتيجي والتجاري والتشغيلي لأعمال MDS داخل المنطقة. يتحمل هذا الدور المسؤولية الكاملة عن P&L ويقود النمو المربح والمتوازن من خلال تطبيق الاستراتيجية الإقليمية والتنفيذ التجاري المتكيف مع السوق وتطوير المحفظة والمشاركة السريرية العميقة مع العملاء، وذلك بما يتماشى مع الأولويات العالمية لـ MDS. يشغل هذا المنصب عضوية رئيسية في فريق قيادة META ويتعاون بشكل وثيق مع القيادة العالمية لـ MDS لتحقيق الأهداف الإقليمية والمؤسسية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تحديد وتنفيذ استراتيجية MDS لمنطقة META بما يتماشى مع أولويات المنصة العالمية والشركة.
- تطوير وامتلاك الخطة الاستراتيجية والتشغيلية والمالية لثلاث سنوات.
- تحديد الفرص السوقية والاستفادة منها عبر محفظة MDS.
- تطوير المحفظة الإقليمية واستراتيجية الوصول للسوق والاستراتيجية السريرية بناءً على المعلومات التنافسية وديناميكيات النظام الصحي.
- المساءلة الكاملة عن P&L بما في ذلك الإيرادات وهامش الربح الإجمالي وأداء OIBT.
- تحقيق التزامات خطة التشغيل السنوية مع دقة توقعات عالية وانضباط مالي.
- قيادة حوكمة التسعير وتحسين مزيج المحفظة وتوسيع الهامش المتوازن.
- تحديد وتحسين نماذج الذهاب إلى السوق عبر البلدان والقنوات وشرائح العملاء.
- الشراكة مع المدراء العامين للدول لضمان التنفيذ المتسق لمبادرات التميز التجاري.
- قيادة إطلاق المنتجات الجديدة واعتمادها وإدارة دورة حياتها بالتعاون مع فرق MDS العالمية.
- بناء وصيانة علاقات تنفيذية قوية مع العملاء الرئيسيين والأطباء وقادة الرأي الرئيسيين والشركاء الاستراتيجيين.
- التعاون الوثيق مع فرق MDS العالمية والبحث والتطوير والتصنيع والجودة والتنظيم وسلسلة التوريد والمالية والشؤون الطبية.
- ضمان الامتثال الشامل لأنظمة الجودة الخاصة بـ BD والمتطلبات التنظيمية ومعايير السلوك التجاري.
- قيادة الصرامة التشغيلية وإدارة الأداء والتحسين المستمر عبر المنطقة.
- بناء وقيادة وتطوير فريق قيادة إقليمي عالي الأداء لـ MDS.
- تطوير ثقافة المساءلة والمشاركة والشمولية والتركيز على العملاء.
- تطوير خطط تعاقب قوية وقادة مستقبليين للأدوار الحيوية في MDS.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس مطلوبة، ويفضل درجة متقدمة (ماجستير إدارة أعمال أو ما يعادلها).
- إتقان اللغة العربية (إلزامي).
- خبرة قيادية عليا واسعة في مجال الأجهزة الطبية / الرعاية الصحية / علوم الحياة.
- سجل حافل في ملكية P&L وتحقيق النمو المربح عبر مناطق متعددة البلدان.
- خبرة في العمل بفعالية ضمن مؤسسات عالمية هيكلية (matrix).
- قدرة مثبتة على قيادة التحول ونمو المحفظة والتغيير في بيئات الرعاية الصحية الخاضعة للتنظيم.
- يتطلب السفر المكثف عبر أسواق META.

Duties & Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Define and implement the MDS strategy for the META region, aligned with global platform and corporate priorities.
- Develop and own the three‑year strategic, operational, and financial plan.
- Identify and capitalize on market opportunities across the MDS portfolio
- Develop regional portfolio, market access, and clinical strategy based on competitive intelligence and healthcare system dynamics.
- Full P&L ownership, including revenue, gross margin, and OIBT performance.
- Deliver annual operating plan commitments with strong forecasting accuracy and financial rigor.
- Drive pricing governance, portfolio mix optimization, and balanced margin expansion.
- Define and continuously optimize Go‑To‑Market models across countries, channels, and customer segments.
- Partner with Country General Managers to ensure consistent execution of commercial excellence initiatives.
- Lead new product launches, adoption, and lifecycle management in collaboration with Global MDS teams.
- Build and maintain strong executive‑level relationships with key customers, clinicians, KOLs, and strategic partners.
- Collaborate closely with Global MDS, R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, and Medical Affairs teams.
- Ensure end‑to‑end compliance with BD quality systems, regulatory requirements, and business conduct standards.
- Drive operational rigor, performance management, and continuous improvement across the region.
- Build, lead, and develop a high‑performing regional MDS leadership team.
- Develop a culture of accountability, engagement, inclusion, and customer focus.
- Develop robust succession plans and leadership pipelines for critical MDS roles.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
- Proficient Arabic language skills is mandatory.
- Extensive senior leadership experience within medical devices / healthcare / life sciences.
- Proven track record of P&L ownership and profitable growth across multi‑country regions.
- Experience operating optimally within matrixed, global organizations.
- Proven capability to lead transformation, portfolio growth, and change in regulated healthcare environments.
- Strong critical thinking and execution discipline
