المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة التصميم والتحليل الإنشائي للبنية التحتية في مشاريع التعدين والصناعات الثقيلة بما في ذلك: هياكل المصانع، أنظمة الناقلات ومحطات النقل، أساسات المعدات، والهياكل الفولاذية والخرسانية.
- إجراء الحسابات والنمذجة والتحليل باستخدام برامج هندسية متخصصة (STAAD, SAP2000, ETABS, SAFE).
- ضمان توافق التصاميم مع المعايير الدولية ومواصفات المشروع (مثل AISC, Eurocodes, AS/NZS).
- إدارة مخرجات التصميم الإنشائي عبر مراحل المشروع (المفهومي، FEED، التصميم التفصيلي، التنفيذ).
- مراجعة واعتماد الرسومات والحسابات والوثائق الفنية.
- التنسيق مع فرق الهندسة المدنية والميكانيكية والجيوتقنية والمشروع لضمان حلول متكاملة.
- مراقبة التقدم والميزانيات والجداول الزمنية لتحقيق معالم المشروع.
- تقديم الإرشاد والتوجيه للمهندسين المبتدئين والمتوسطين.
- إجراء مراجعات التصميم وتقييم المخاطر ومراجعات قابلية البناء.
- حل التحديات الهندسية المعقدة في البيئات عالية المخاطر.
- التواصل مع العملاء والمقاولين والموردين لضمان التوافق مع المتطلبات الفنية.
- المشاركة في الاجتماعات الفنية ومراجعات المشاريع والزيارات الميدانية.
- دعم تطوير العروض والإسهام الفني في المناقصات والعطاءات.
- ضمان الالتزام بثقافة السلامة وسياسات «لا ضرر» في Worley.
- تطبيق عمليات إدارة الجودة ودعم عمليات التدقيق والتحقق من التصميم.
- تحديد وتخفيف مخاطر السلامة في التصميم وفق مبادئ التصميم الآمن.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية/الإنشائية (يفضّل الماجستير).
- خبرة سابقة في الهندسة الإنشائية في مشاريع التعدين أو الموارد أو الصناعات الثقيلة أو البنية التحتية.
- خبرة مثبتة في تسليم مشاريع بناء واسعة النطاق.
- يُفضّل الحصول على صفة مهندس محترف (PE / Chartered Engineer) أو قابلية الحصول عليها.
- معرفة قوية بكودات التصميم الإنشائي ومتطلبات مشاريع التعدين.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إتقان استخدام برامج التحليل والتصميم الإنشائي (STAAD, SAP2000, ETABS, SAFE).
- معرفة المعايير الدولية (AISC, Eurocodes, AS/NZS).
- مهارات قيادية وإرشادية لتوجيه الفرق الهندسية.
- القدرة على التنسيق والتواصل مع العملاء والمقاولين والجهات المعنية.
- مهارات إدارة المشاريع ومراقبة الجداول والميزانيات.
- حل المشكلات الهندسية المعقدة في بيئات عالية المخاطر.

Key Responsibilities
Engineering & Design
- Lead the structural design and analysis of mining and heavy industrial infrastructure, including:
Conveyor systems and transfer stations,
Equipment foundations,
Steel and concrete structures
- Perform calculations, modeling, and analysis using industry software (e.g., STAAD, SAP2000, ETABS, SAFE).
- Ensure designs comply with relevant international standards and project specifications (e.g., AISC, Eurocodes, AS/NZS).
- Manage structural deliverables across project phases (concept, FEED, detailed design, execution).
- Review and approve drawings, calculations, and technical documents.
- Coordinate with civil, mechanical, geotechnical, and project teams to ensure integrated solutions.
- Monitor progress, budgets, and schedules to meet project milestones.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior and intermediate engineers.
- Conduct design reviews, risk assessments, and constructability reviews.
- Solve complex engineering challenges in high-risk or demanding environments.
- Interface with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure alignment on technical requirements.
- Participate in technical meetings, project reviews, and site visits.
- Support proposal development and technical input for bids and tenders.
- Ensure adherence to Worley’s safety culture and zero-harm policies.
- Apply quality management processes and support audits and design verifications.
- Identify and mitigate safety risks in design (Safe Design principles).
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- Experienced in structural engineering, preferably within:
Resources,
Heavy industrial or infrastructure projects
- Proven experience delivering large-scale construction projects.
- Professional Engineer (PE / Chartered Engineer) status or eligibility preferred.
- Strong knowledge of structural design codes and mining project requirements.
