المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة تصميم وتسليم أنظمة الإرسال والشبكات، بما في ذلك شبكات SDH وDWDM وOTN والألياف الضوئية.
- تطوير حلول هندسية عبر جميع مراحل المشروع من المفهوم إلى التشغيل.
- إعداد المخرجات الفنية الرئيسية مثل المواصفات، هندسة النظام، الحسابات، وقائمة المواد (BoM).
- تصميم ودمج أنظمة الاتصالات بما في ذلك الهاتف (VoIP/PABX) وأنظمة SCADA وشبكات LAN/WAN.
- دعم البنية التحتية للاتصالات في خطوط الأنابيب والمنشآت الصناعية وأنظمة المراقبة.
- تقديم القيادة الفنية أثناء تنفيذ المشروع، بما في ذلك دعم التركيب والتشغيل.
- التنسيق مع فرق متعددة التخصصات والموردين والعملاء لضمان تسليم المشروع بنجاح.
- ضمان الامتثال لمعايير العملاء (مثل أرامكو السعودية) والمعايير الدولية للاتصالات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الإلكترونيات أو الاتصالات أو أي تخصص هندسي ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 14-16 سنة في هندسة الاتصالات، مع التركيز على أنظمة الإرسال.
- خبرة أساسية في مشاريع النفط والغاز أو الاتصالات الصناعية (يفضل خبرة مع أرامكو السعودية).
- الشهادات المهنية والتسجيل الهندسي تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة قوية في تصميم شبكات SDH وDWDM وOTN والألياف الضوئية.
- معرفة بأنظمة SCADA وشبكات LAN/WAN وVoIP وأنظمة الاتصالات الموحدة.
- الإلمام بأدوات تصميم الاتصالات مثل Visio وMicroStation.
- مهارات قيادية ممتازة وقدرات تواصل وحل مشكلات متقدمة.

Accountability
- Lead the design and delivery of telecom transmission and network systems, including SDH, DWDM, OTN, and fiber optic networks.
- Develop engineering solutions across all project phases from concept to commissioning.
- Prepare key technical deliverables such as specifications, system architecture, calculations, and BoM.
- Design and integrate telecom systems including telephony (VoIP/PABX), SCADA, and LAN/WAN networks.
- Support telecom infrastructure for pipelines, industrial facilities, and monitoring systems.
- Provide technical leadership during project execution, including installation and commissioning support.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, vendors, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with client standards (e.g., Saudi Aramco) and international telecom standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Communications, or related Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 14-16 years of experience in telecommunications engineering, with focus on transmission systems.
- Strong expertise in SDH, DWDM, OTN, fiber optics, and telecom network design.
- Experience in oil & gas or industrial communication projects is essential (Aramco preferred).
- Knowledge of SCADA, LAN/WAN, VoIP, and unified communication systems.
- Familiarity with telecom design tools (e.g., Visio, MicroStation).
- Relevant certifications and professional registration are an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
