تدعو شركة Worley، إحدى شركات الخدمات المهنية العالمية في قطاع الطاقة والكيماويات والموارد، إلى شغل وظيفة مسؤول التغيير (Change Admin) في الخبر، المنطقة الشرقية، السعودية. سيتولى المرشح إدارة عملية إدارة التغيير خلال مرحلة الإنشاء في مشروع EPCM ضخم للفوسفات، بما يشمل تنسيق وتتبع جميع طلبات التغيير وضمان توثيقها وتقييمها وإبلاغها بما يتوافق مع متطلبات العقد وتوقعات العميل.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة عملية إدارة التغيير من البداية إلى النهاية للتغييرات المتعلقة بالإنشاءات.
- استلام وتسجيل وتتبع جميع طلبات التغيير (Change Requests) والإشعارات التغييرية (Change Notices) وأوامر التغيير (Change Orders).
- ضمان تقييم طلبات التغيير والموافقة عليها في الوقت المناسب وفقاً لإجراءات إدارة التغيير.
- الحفاظ على سجل التغيير (Change Register) وضمان تحديثه باستمرار.
- التعاون مع فرق التكاليف والتخطيط لضمان انعكاس التغييرات في الميزانيات والتوقعات والجداول الزمنية.
- دعم التحليل التجاري والتعاقدي لأوامر التغيير بالتنسيق مع فرق العقود/الإدارة.
- إعداد تقارير دورية عن التغييرات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- المؤهل التعليمي المناسب (درجة ذات صلة).
- خبرة ذات صلة في إدارة التغيير أو التحكم في المشاريع على مشاريع EPCM/EPC كبيرة.
- يفضّل وجود خبرة في مشاريع التعدين أو معالجة المعادن أو المشاريع الصناعية، وتُعتبر خبرة الفوسفات نقطة إضافية.

Job Summary
The Change Administrator is responsible for managing the change management process during the construction phase of a major phosphate EPCM project. This includes coordinating, tracking, and reporting all change requests, ensuring they are properly documented, assessed, and communicated in alignment with project controls, contract requirements, and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Administer the end-to-end change management process for construction-related changes.
Receive, log, and track all Change Requests, Change Notices, and Change Orders.
Ensure timely evaluation and approval of change requests in accordance with the change management procedure.
Maintain a Change Register and ensure it is always up to date.
Collaborate with the cost and planning teams to ensure changes are reflected in budgets, forecasts, and schedules.
Support commercial and contractual analysis of change orders in coordination with contracts/admin teams.
Prepare regular change reports.

- Relevant educational qualification
- Relevant years of experience in change management or project controls on large EPCM/EPC projects.
- Experience on mining, mineral processing, or industrial projects preferred (phosphate experience is a plus).
