المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم خدمات هندسية في مجال الأجهزة والتحكم (Instrumentation & Controls) في المشاريع الكبيرة أو العملاقة لدعم Worley وعملائها، بما في ذلك الدعم الفني والإشراف ضمن فريق هندسة الأجهزة والتحكم.
- التنسيق مع مهندسي المشروع والمهندسين القائدين لضمان التنفيذ الصحيح للتصميم ضمن تخصصه الهندسي، وتنسيق أعمال المهندسين في تخصصه.
- إعداد ومراجعة الدراسات الهندسية والرسومات والمستندات التصميمية ومواصفات المواد والمعدات.
- حل المشكلات الهندسية المتعلقة بالتخصص من خلال تطبيق المبادئ والرموز والمعايير المعتمدة.
- المشاركة في ورش العمل مثل HAZOP وPHA وHIPS وSIS وSIL وهندسة القيمة وقابلية الإنشاء ومراجعة النماذج وورش الدروس المستفادة.
- دعم المشتريات من خلال إعداد طلبات العروض (RFQ) وتقييم العروض الفنية (TBE) ومراجعة مستندات الموردين.
- المشاركة في دعم الإنشاء من خلال معالجة الاستفسارات الفنية والتحقق الميداني والتعامل مع مقاولي LSTK/LTA.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة هندسية معترف بها وذات صلة.
- خبرة في صناعات النفط/الغاز، الهيدروكربونات، التكرير، البحرية، أو البنية التحتية، مع اعتراف كأخصائي في مجال هندسة أنظمة الأجهزة والتحكم في المشاريع الهندسية الكبيرة إلى العملاقة.
- معرفة وخبرة عملية في أنظمة الأجهزة والتحكم مثل أجهزة القياس والتحكم الصناعية (Process Instrumentation)، ووحدات RTU، وSCADA، وأنظمة كشف الغاز والحريق (Fire & Gas)، وأنظمة الإغلاق الهيدروليكي للطوارئ (Hydraulic ESD Systems & Valves).
- خبرة عملية في الحسابات التصميمية ودراسات الأنظمة.
- معرفة متقدمة بالمعايير الدولية ومعايير أرامكو السعودية.
- مؤهلات دراسات عليا ذات صلة في الهندسة أو الإدارة أو إدارة المشاريع أو الإشراف أو ما يعادلها.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات هندسية تقنية وعملية ممتازة والقدرة على تقديم عمل دقيق وذي جودة عالية وفي الوقت المحدد لـ Worley وعملائها.
- معرفة ممتازة بالمتطلبات الأساسية لهندسة الأجهزة والتحكم، والمتطلبات الأساسية للتخصصات الهندسية الأخرى.
- معرفة ممتازة بالمعايير المحلية والدولية والمواصفات القانونية والتنظيمية المطبقة.
- استخدام كفؤ للبرامج ذات الصلة مثل حزمة MS Office والبرامج الخاصة بهندسة الأجهزة والتحكم.
- خبرة تقنية وعملية واسعة في هندسة الأجهزة والتحكم في نفس الصناعة أو صناعة مماثلة، بما في ذلك خبرة العمل في مشاريع وفرق متعددة التخصصات.

Purpose
- You will provide instrumentation & controls engineering services on large or mega projects to Worley's and its customers', including technical support and supervision within the instrumentation & controls engineering team.
- Has experience in the oil/gas, hydrocarbon, refinery, offshore, or infrastructure industries and is recognized as specialist in Instrumentation & Control Systems engineering field on large to mega Engineering projects.
- Coordinates with project discipline and lead engineers to ensure correct implementation of the design for his engineering specialty and coordinates the work of engineers within his specialty.
- Prepares and reviews engineering studies, design drawings and documents, and material and equipment specifications.
- Resolves specialty related engineering issues by applying accepted principles, codes, and standards.
- Must have thorough knowledge of engineering practices and economic principles, calculation methods, design details, international codes and standards, procedures, and specifications.
- A recognized and relevant engineering degree.
- Participated in HAZOP, PHA, HIPS, SIS, SIL, Value engineering, Constructability, Model Review, Lesson learned workshops.
- Knowledge and experience working with instrumentation & control systems such as process instrumentation, RTU, SCADA, Fire & Gas, Hydraulic ESD Systems & Valves.
- Hands on experience in design calculations and system studies
- Experience in Procurement support is required for RFQ, TBE and Vendor Document Reviews.
- Involved in construction support in technical queries, field verifications and handling LSTK/LTA Contractors.
- Advanced knowledge of International and Saudi Aramco Standards.
- Relevant postgraduate qualifications in engineering; management, project management or supervisory qualifications or equivalent.
- Excellent technical and practical engineering skills and ability to consistently deliver quality, accurate and timely work to Worley and its clients.
- Excellent knowledge of the fundamental requirements of the instrumentation & controls engineering, and the basic requirements of other engineering fields.
- Excellent knowledge of applicable local and international standards and statutory and regulatory specifications.
- Competent use of relevant software such as MS Office Suite and instrumentation & controls engineering specific software.
- Extensive technical and practical experience in instrumentation & controls engineering in the same or similar industry including experience in working in multi-disciplinary projects and teams.
