المهام والمسؤوليات
- ضمان تصميم أنظمة الاتصالات اللاسلكية وتقديمها لتلبية المتطلبات التشغيلية والسلامة والموثوقية والتنظيمية طوال دورة حياة المشروع.
- تقديم حلول هندسة الاتصالات التي تحقق أهداف التغطية والسعة والتوفر والأداء المطلوبة لعمليات العميل.
- الحفاظ على السلامة التقنية والجودة والامتثال لجميع مخرجات هندسة الاتصالات، مع الالتزام بمواصفات المشروع والمعايير الصناعية وإجراءات الشركة.
- توفير القيادة الفنية والحوكمة لأنشطة هندسة الاتصالات، وحل المشكلات التقنية المعقدة ودعم اتخاذ القرارات المستنيرة للمشروع.
- ضمان التكامل الفعال لأنظمة الاتصالات مع التخصصات الهندسية الأخرى والبنية التحتية للمنشأة لدعم العمليات الآمنة والفعالة.
- دفع نجاح تنفيذ المشروع من خلال إدارة نطاق هندسة الاتصالات، ودعم الالتزام بالجداول الزمنية، والتحكم في المخاطر الفنية، وتقليل إعادة العمل المتعلقة بالتصميم.
- بناء علاقات منتجة مع العملاء والموردين وأصحاب المصلحة لتحقيق أهداف المشروع وضمان التوافق مع المتطلبات الفنية.
- المساهمة في ربحية المشروع والنجاح التجاري من خلال الحكم الهندسي السليم والتقييمات الفنية الدقيقة والدعم الفعال لأنشطة تقدير التكاليف والمشتريات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في الهندسة الكهربائية أو هندسة الاتصالات.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 14-16 سنة في المجال ذي الصلة، بما في ذلك أدوار قيادية في هندسة الاتصالات الراديوية.
- خبرة مثبتة في مجال النفط والغاز أو البيئات الصناعية (يفضل خبرة مع أرامكو).
- الشهادات المهنية مثل PE، IEEE، أو أدوات RF تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة قوية في الأنظمة اللاسلكية وتخطيط الترددات الراديوية وشبكات الاتصالات (TETRA، الميكروويف، SCADA، IP).
- معرفة بأدوات الترددات الراديوية وتقنيات الشبكات وتكامل الأنظمة.

Accountability
- Ensure wireless communication systems are designed and delivered to meet operational, safety, reliability, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Deliver telecom engineering solutions that achieve required network coverage, capacity, availability, and performance targets for client operations.
- Maintain the technical integrity, quality, and compliance of all telecom engineering deliverables, ensuring adherence to project specifications, industry standards, and company procedures.
- Provide technical leadership and governance for telecom engineering activities, resolving complex technical issues and supporting informed project decision-making.
- Ensure effective integration of telecom systems with other engineering disciplines and facility infrastructure to support safe and efficient operations.
- Drive successful project execution by managing telecom engineering scope, supporting schedule commitments, controlling technical risks, and minimizing design-related rework.
- Establish and maintain productive relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives and ensure alignment on technical requirements.
- Contribute to project profitability and commercial success through sound engineering judgement, accurate technical evaluations, and effective support of cost estimation and procurement activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Telecommunications Engineering.
- Minimum 14-16 years of relevant experience, including leadership roles in radio communication engineering.
- Strong expertise in wireless systems, RF planning, and telecom networks (TETRA, microwave, SCADA, IP).
- Proven experience in oil & gas or industrial environments (Aramco experience preferred).
- Knowledge of RF tools, network technologies, and system integration.
- Professional certifications (PE, IEEE, RF tools) are advantageous.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
