تسعى شركة Technogym، الرائدة عالمياً في حلول اللياقة البدنية والصحة، إلى توظيف مدير حسابات مبيعات (Sales Account Manager) للعمل في فرعها بالرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
سوف تنضم إلى فريق المبيعات الميداني في الرياض، وتركيزك سيكون على خدمة نوادي اللياقة البدنية والاستوديوهات البوتيك ومرافق العافية. ستكون مسؤولاً عن تطوير أعمال جديدة، وإدارة الحسابات القائمة، وبناء علاقات قوية مع الشركاء في المنطقة. في هذا المنصب، ستتعامل مع دورة المبيعات الكاملة - من تحديد الفرص إلى إغلاق الصفقات - مع ضمان خدمة عملاء ممتازة وتتبع الأداء.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- ضمان تحقيق أهداف المبيعات المحلية والربحية والتدفقات النقدية
- تطوير فرص الأعمال واستغلال إمكانات السوق
- توليد العملاء المحتملين، وملفات العملاء الشخصية، وتخطيط الأنشطة، وتحديث نظام CRM
- زيادة رضا العملاء
- ضمان تقديم تغذية راجعة مناسبة للسوق حول اتجاهات القطاع
- الحفاظ على العلاقات الحالية وتطويرها والبحث عن فرص جديدة
- إدارة السوق والقيام بعدد مناسب من زيارات العملاء/العملاء المحتملين وفقاً لسياسة المبيعات للشركة
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في المبيعات كمدير حسابات مبيعات أو في دور مماثل
- درجة علمية في إدارة الأعمال أو المبيعات أو مجال ذي صلة
- خبرة في إدارة الصفقات المعقدة وبيع الحلول
- نهج ممتاز في مبيعات الاستشارات ومهارات التفاوض
- خبرة قوية في استخدام برامج CRM، مع الأفضلية لمن لديه معرفة بـ Salesforce
- نهج موجه نحو النتائج
- مهارات ممتازة في الاستماع والتواصل والعرض التقديمي
- شغف بممارسة الرياضة واتباع نمط حياة صحي (ميزة إضافية)

Your Role
We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our Field Sales team in Riyadh. This role focuses on serving fitness clubs, boutique studios, and wellness facilities. You will be responsible for developing new business, managing existing accounts, and building strong relationships with partners in the region.
In this position, you will handle the full sales cycle-from identifying opportunities to closing deals-while ensuring excellent customer service and tracking performance.

- Ensure that local sales, profitability and cash flow targets are achieved
- Develop business opportunities and exploit market potential
- Generate leads, profile customers, plan activities and update the CRM
- Increase customer satisfaction
- Guarantee adequate market feedback on segment trends
- Maintain and develop existing relationships and seek new opportunities
- Manage the market and carry out an appropriate number of customer/prospect visits in line with company sales code
Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. You have a positive and proactive mindset, strong organizational skills and are used to working in a fast-paced environment.
What You Should Bring
- At least 3 years’ sales experience as a Sales Account Manager or in a similar role
- Degree in Business Administration, Sales or a relevant field
- Experience in managing complex deals and selling solutions
- Excellent consulting sales approach and negotiation skills
- Solid experience with CRM software. Knowledge of Salesforce would be a plus
- Result-driven approach
- Excellent listening, communications and presentation abilities
