تعلن شركة TAWANTECH عن توفر وظيفة Murex Technical Lead في الرياض، حيث يكون المسؤول عن قيادة الهندسة والتطوير والتكامل لمنصة Murex MX3، وربط متطلبات الخزانة بالحلول التقنية القابلة للتوسع.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • قيادة الهندسة التقنية وتطوير منصة Murex.
  • تصميم والإشراف على MxML وتكوين Mx3 وعمليات التكامل مع أنظمة TMS ومراكز الدفع والأنظمة المصرفية الأساسية.
  • تحسين معالجة الدفعات الفورية (Real-time) ونهاية اليوم (EOD) والأتمتة والأداء.
  • دفع التسليم التقني عبر جميع المجالات (Front-to-Back-to-Risk) بما في ذلك IRD وFXMM والدخل الثابت والسلع.
  • تنفيذ DevOps وOnyx/MxTest والاختبار الآلي والبنية التحتية كرمز (IaC).
  • إدارة البيئات والإصدارات وعمليات النشر.
  • قيادة وتوجيه مطوري ومهندسي Murex.
  • وضع معايير الهندسة وإجراء مراجعات الكود والتعاون مع شركاء الأعمال والمخاطر والشركاء الخارجيين.
  • قيادة حل المشكلات الإنتاجية الحرجة.
  • دعم Oracle/Sybase وUNIX/Linux وبرمجة Shell/Perl والتوفر العالي والتعافي من الكوارث وضبط الأداء.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 8-10 سنوات في Murex MX3.
  • خبرة قوية في MxML Exchange وDatamart وWorkflows وبيانات السوق (MDCS).
  • خبرة مع Oracle/SQL Server/Sybase وUNIX/Linux وShell scripting وKafka والأتمتة وهندسة الدفعات (Batch Architecture).
  • 3+ سنوات في دور قائد تقني أو قائد فريق أو مهندس منصة (Platform Architect).
  • خبرة في Agile وPMO والمؤسسات المالية.
  • درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في علوم الحاسب أو هندسة البرمجيات أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • شهادات Murex وخبرة مصرفية في الشرق الأوسط/المملكة العربية السعودية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

The Murex Technical Lead is responsible for the architecture, development, configuration, integration, and environment management of the Murex MX3 platform. The role bridges treasury business requirements with scalable technology solutions, leading technical teams, automation initiatives, and enterprise integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Architecture

  • Lead the technical architecture and development of the Murex platform.
  • Design and oversee MxML, Mx3 configuration, and integrations with TMS, payment hubs, and core banking systems.
  • Optimize real-time and EOD batch processing, automation, and performance.

Delivery & Automation

  • Drive technical delivery across Front-to-Back-to-Risk (IRD, FXMM, Fixed Income, Commodities).
  • Implement DevOps, Onyx/MxTest, automated testing, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  • Manage environments, releases, and deployment processes.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead and mentor Murex developers and engineers.
  • Establish engineering standards, conduct code reviews, and collaborate with business, risk, and external partners.

Production Support

  • Lead resolution of critical production issues.
  • Support Oracle/Sybase, UNIX/Linux, Shell/Perl scripting, high availability, disaster recovery, and performance tuning

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of hands-on Murex MX3 experience.
  • Strong expertise in MxML Exchange, Datamart, Workflows, and Market Data (MDCS).
  • Experience with Oracle/SQL Server/Sybase, UNIX/Linux, Shell scripting, Kafka, automation, and batch architecture.
  • 3+ years in a Technical Lead, Team Lead, or Platform Architect role.
  • Experience in Agile, PMO, and financial institutions.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Murex certifications and Middle East/KSA banking experience are advantageous.
