تعلن شركة TAWANTECH (تاوانتك) عن توفر وظيفة Senior Middleware Support Engineer (مهندس دعم وسيطي أول) في مدينة الرياض، السعودية. تهدف الوظيفة إلى تقديم الدعم التشغيلي لمنصات الوسيطة المؤسسية وإدارة واجهات API، مع ضمان توافر وأداء وموثوقية خدمات التكامل الحيوية المبنية على تقنيات IBM الوسيطة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تقديم دعم إنتاج من المستوى الثاني والثالث (Level 2/Level 3) لمنصات الوسيطة وAPI المؤسسية.
  • قيادة تشخيص وحل الحوادث الإنتاجية المعقدة التي تؤثر على خدمات الوسيطة وتكامل API.
  • دعم بيئات IBM API Connect و IBM Integration Bus (IIB) و IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE).
  • مراقبة البنية التحتية للوسيطة وخدمات التكامل وبوابات API لضمان التوافر العالي والأداء الأمثل.
  • إجراء تحليل السبب الجذري (Root Cause Analysis - RCA) وتنفيذ إجراءات وقائية لتقليل الحوادث المتكررة.
  • إدارة نشر تحديثات الوسيطة وتغييرات التهيئة والتصحيحات وصيانة البيئة.
  • التعاون مع فرق التطبيقات والبنية التحتية والأمن و DevOps لحل المشكلات المشتركة بين الأقسام.
  • دعم إدارة دورة حياة API وعمليات البوابة وخدمات التكامل.
  • الحفاظ على التوثيق التشغيلي ودفاتر التشغيل (runbooks) وقاعدة المعرفة وإجراءات التشغيل القياسية.
  • الدفع بمبادرات الأتمتة لتحسين الكفاءة التشغيلية وتقليل الجهد اليدوي.
  • المشاركة في تخطيط الإصدارات ومراجعات الجاهزية الإنتاجية والتحقق بعد النشر.
  • توجيه مهندسي الدعم المبتدئين وتقديم القيادة الفنية أثناء الحوادث الكبرى.
  • ضمان الامتثال للمعايير التشغيلية واتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة (SLAs) وأفضل ممارسات ITIL.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • إتقان تقنيات IBM: IBM API Connect - IBM Integration Bus (IIB) - IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE).
  • كفاءة متقدمة في التشخيص وتحليل السبب الجذري.
  • إدارة ودعم الوسيطة وأنظمة API Gateway.
  • فهم أنماط التكامل المؤسسي.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة من 6 إلى 10+ سنوات في دعم الإنتاج للوسيطة أو التطبيقات.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في دعم منصات IBM الوسيطة في بيئات إنتاجية مؤسسية.
  • خبرة عملية قوية مع IBM API Connect و IBM IIB و IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE).
  • خبرة في دعم بوابات API ومنصات التكامل المؤسسي والأنظمة الموزعة.
  • خبرة في العمل مع منصات OpenShift أو Kubernetes.
  • فهم قوي لأمن الوسيطة والشهادات ومفاهيم الشبكات.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Middleware Support Engineer to provide operational support for enterprise middleware and API management platforms. The role is responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, and reliability of mission-critical integration services built on IBM middleware technologies. As part of a 24x7 production support organization, the engineer will lead complex incident resolution, perform advanced troubleshooting, monitor middleware platforms, and collaborate with development, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to deliver highly available integration services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 2/Level 3 production support for enterprise middleware and API platforms.
  • Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex production incidents affecting middleware services and API integrations.
  • Support IBM API Connect, IBM Integration Bus (IIB), and IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) environments.
  • Monitor middleware infrastructure, integration services, and API gateways to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive actions to minimize recurring incidents.
  • Manage middleware deployments, configuration changes, patches, and environment maintenance.
  • Collaborate with application, infrastructure, security, and DevOps teams to resolve cross-functional issues.
  • Support API lifecycle management, gateway operations, and integration services.
  • Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures.
  • Drive automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Participate in release planning, production readiness reviews, and post-deployment validation.
  • Mentor junior support engineers and provide technical leadership during major incidents.
  • Ensure compliance with operational standards, SLAs, and ITIL best practices
