تعلن شركة الفنار عن توفر وظيفة مهندس اختبار وتشغيل في المنطقة الوسطى، الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
إجراء الاختبارات وتشغيل محطة الطاقة قبل مرحلة التشغيل الفعلية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إعداد تقارير اختبار المشاريع والمعدات الجديدة، بما في ذلك التحديثات والتصحيحات.
- ضمان توثيق حالات عدم المطابقة وجهود استكشاف الأخطاء.
- إجراء الاختبارات الوظيفية وفقاً للخطة المحددة.
- اختبار وتنسيق الأنشطة أثناء عمليات التفتيش من قبل العملاء.
- حل المشكلات الفنية أثناء اختبار محطة الطاقة والتشغيل في الموقع.
- تنفيذ أنشطة الاختبار والتشغيل في الموقع.
- أداء أنشطة الاختبار والتشغيل المتعلقة بالمحطات الفرعية أو محطات الطاقة.
- اختبار وتشغيل معدات المحطات الفرعية (المرحلات، المفاتيح الكهربائية، المحولات، وغيرها).
- الالتزام بإجراءات السلامة أثناء الاختبار والتشغيل.
- تقديم الدعم الفني من خلال مراجعة مستندات التصميم قبل إصدارها.
- بدء التحسين المستمر والحفاظ على السجلات بالتشاور مع مدير القسم.
- بدء الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية والحفاظ على السجلات بالتشاور مع مدير القسم.
- تدريب المرؤوسين وتشكيل فريق لإنجاز العمل بفعالية.
- تقديم القيادة والتدريب والتوجيه للمرؤوسين في جميع جوانب عملهم.
- تفويض المرؤوسين في كل مهمة على حدة.
- ضمان التوزيع العادل للمهام للحفاظ على الروح المعنوية وتحفيز المرؤوسين.
- أداء الأنشطة المخطط لها لتحقيق أهداف التشغيل والتطوير وفقاً للجداول الزمنية للتسليم.
- استخدام الموارد بفعالية لتحقيق الأهداف بتكلفة ووقت مناسبين.
- تقديم تقرير دوري يوضح الانحراف وتنفيذ المهام المخطط لها.
- حل أي مشاكل ذات صلة تطرأ، ورفع أي مشاكل تشغيلية معقدة.
- تنسيق أنظمة وسياسات وإجراءات عمل محددة، والبحث عن فرص الأتمتة.
- الامتثال للسياسات والإجراءات ذات الصلة وتعليمات العمل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- بكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية.
- خبرة من 0 إلى 2 سنوات.
المهارات المطلوبة
- منهجيات الاختبار (Testing Methodologies).
- أدوات الاختبار (Testing Tools).

Job Purpose
Commissioning and conducting tests on the power plant prior to its operational phase.
Key Accountability Areas
Documentation and Reporting:
- Preparing project and new equipment test reports, including updates and corrections.
- Ensuring the documentation of non-conformances and troubleshooting efforts.
Testing and Functional Activities:
- Conducting functional testing according to the specified scheme.
- Testing and coordinating activities during customer inspections.
- Resolving technical issues during power plant testing and site commissioning.
- Executing site testing and commissioning activities.
- Performing testing and commissioning activities related to substations or power plants.
- Testing and commissioning substation equipment, such as various types of relays, switchgear, transformers, etc.
- Adhering to all safety procedures during testing and commissioning.
Technical Support and Design Review:
- Providing technical support by reviewing design documents before their release.
Quality and Process Improvement:
- Initiating continuous improvement and maintaining records in consultation with the department manager.
- Initiating corrective and preventive actions and maintaining records in consultation with the department manager.
Role Accountability
HR Proficiency:
- Training of sub-ordinates and forming a team to get the work effectively.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates in all aspects of their work.
- Delegate sub-ordinates in each respective assignment.
- Ensures fair distribution of tasks to maintain morale, motivation of subordinates.
Delivery:
- Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
- Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
- Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.
Problem-Solving:
- Resolve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues.

- Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seeking automations opportunities as much as possible.
