شركة ACSC، إحدى شركات OHC | العمر القابضة، تعلن عن حاجتها لشغل وظيفة مهندس ضمان الجودة/مراقبة الجودة (QA/QC Engineer) للانضمام إلى إدارة المشاريع في الرياض. سيعمل المهندس على ضمان تنفيذ جميع أعمال البناء وفقًا للرسومات المعتمدة والمواصفات الفنية ومتطلبات العقد وكود البناء السعودي ومعايير الجودة الخاصة بالشركة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة الجودة: تطبيق نظام إدارة الجودة في المشاريع المسندة، إعداد ومتابعة خطة الجودة للمشروع، إعداد ومراجعة منهجيات العمل (Method Statements) بالتنسيق مع الفرق الفنية، إعداد وتنفيذ خطط الفحص والاختبار (ITPs)، ضمان الامتثال للرسومات والمواصفات والعقود وكود البناء السعودي، مراقبة أداء الجودة وتقديم تقارير دورية لمدير إدارة المشاريع.
- الفحص الموقعي ومراقبة الجودة: إجراء الفحوصات اليومية وجودة الأعمال في مواقع المشاريع، التحقق من مطابقة الأعمال المنفذة للرسومات والمواصفات والمواد المعتمدة ومعايير الصنعة، رفع ومتابعة طلبات الفحص (Inspection Requests)، حضور الفحوصات مع الاستشاريين والعملاء والمقاولين من الباطن، مراقبة نتائج الاختبارات الميدانية والمخبرية، التأكد من اعتماد المواد قبل الاستخدام، فحص أعمال الهيكل الإنشائي والمعماري والعزل والتشطيب والأنظمة الميكانيكية والكهربائية والسباكة (MEP).
- عدم المطابقة والإجراءات التصحيحية: إصدار تقارير عدم المطابقة (NCRs) للأعمال أو المواد غير المطابقة، متابعة الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية (CAPA)، التنسيق مع فرق الموقع والمقاولين من الباطن لإغلاق الملاحظات ضمن المهل الزمنية، تحديد المشاكل المتكررة واقتراح إجراءات وقائية، طلب إعادة العمل أو الإجراء التصحيحي للأعمال المخالفة.
- التوثيق والتقارير: إعداد تقارير الجودة الأسبوعية والشهرية، حفظ سجلات الفحص وسجلات الجودة واعتماد المواد وتقارير الاختبار والإرساليات الفنية وسجلات NCR، متابعة نتائج الفحص وتعليقات الاستشاريين وإغلاق الإجراءات التصحيحية، إعداد تقارير مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPI) وملخصات الإدارة.
- التنسيق: التنسيق مع مدراء المشاريع ومهندسي الموقع والمكتب الفني والاستشاريين والعملاء والمقاولين من الباطن والمختبرات المعتمدة، ضمان التزام المقاولين من الباطن بإجراءات الجودة ومتطلبات المشروع، دعم فرق المشروع في حل مشاكل الجودة قبل تأثيرها على التكلفة أو الجدول الزمني أو التسليم.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة بكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو الهندسة المعمارية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في مجال الجودة ومراقبة الجودة في مشاريع البناء.
- خبرة مثبتة في مشاريع الفلل والمجمعات السكنية والمباني السكنية متعددة الطوابق وما شابهها.
- معرفة قوية بكود البناء السعودي ومعايير البناء ذات الصلة.
- خبرة عملية في فحص الخرسانة وأعمال البلوك والعزل والتشطيب والأعمال الميكانيكية والكهربائية والسباكة (MEP).
- خبرة في التعامل مع الاستشاريين والعملاء والمقاولين من الباطن والمختبرات.
- شهادة مدقق داخلي معتمد في ISO 9001 (يفضل)، وشهادة مدقق رئيسي (ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- إجادة اللغة العربية بطلاقة (تواصل)، وإجادة جيدة للغة الإنجليزية تشمل التقارير الفنية والمراسلات.
- أهلية العمل في المملكة العربية السعودية.
- القدرة على إجراء الفحوصات الموقعية والتنقل في مواقع البناء والعمل في بيئة إنشائية نشطة.
- التوفر للانضمام خلال 30 يومًا أو أقل.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات فنية: قدرة قوية على قراءة وتفسير الرسومات الإنشائية والمواصفات الفنية، خبرة في إعداد ومراجعة خطط الفحص والاختبار (ITPs) ومنهجيات العمل (Method Statements)، خبرة عملية في إدارة NCR وCAPA، معرفة إجراءات الفحص للأعمال الإنشائية والمعمارية والعزل والتشطيب وMEP، القدرة على مراجعة الإرساليات الفنية وتقارير الاختبار والموافقات الفنية، إتقان استخدام Microsoft Office وAutoCAD، معرفة قوية ببرنامج Excel لإعداد تقارير الجودة وسجلات المتابعة، الإلمام بإجراءات اعتماد المواد والاختبارات المعملية ومتطلبات فحص الاستشاريين، معرفة بأنظمة تخطيط الموارد المؤسسية (ERP) مثل Odoo (يفضل).
- مهارات شخصية: مهارات اتصال وتنسيق قوية، شخصية واثقة قادرة على إثارة مشاكل الجودة وإدارتها بشكل احترافي، مهارات قوية في إعداد التقارير والتوثيق والتحليل، دقة عالية في التفاصيل، مهارات حل المشكلات وتحليل الأسباب الجذرية، القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وإدارة أولويات متعددة في المشروع، مهارات قوية في إدارة الوقت.

- Prepare, update, and monitor the Project Quality Plan
- Prepare and review Method Statements in coordination with project and technical teams
- Prepare, review, and implement Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs)
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, contracts, and applicable Saudi Building Code requirements
- Monitor quality performance and submit regular reports to the Project Department Manager
- Conduct daily inspections and quality walkthroughs across assigned project sites
- Verify that executed works comply with approved drawings, specifications, approved material submittals, and workmanship standards
- Raise, track, and follow up Inspection Requests
- Attend inspections with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and relevant stakeholders
- Monitor field and laboratory test results
- Ensure materials are approved before use on site
- Inspect structural, architectural, waterproofing, finishing, and MEP-related works
- Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for non-compliant works or materials
- Follow up on Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
- Coordinate with site and subcontractor teams to close observations within approved timelines
- Identify recurring quality issues and recommend preventive measures
- Request rework or corrective action for works that fail to meet approved requirements
- Prepare weekly and monthly quality reports
- Maintain inspection records, quality logs, material approvals, test reports, technical submittals, and NCR registers
- Track inspection outcomes, consultant comments, and corrective-action closures
- Prepare quality KPI reports and management summaries
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Technical Office, consultants, clients, subcontractors, and approved laboratories
- Ensure subcontractors comply with ACSC quality procedures and project requirements
- Support project teams in resolving quality issues before they affect project cost, programme, or handover
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or architecture
- Minimum 8 years of QA/QC experience in construction projects
- Proven experience in villas, residential compounds, multi-storey residential buildings, or similar projects
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi Building Code and relevant construction standards
- Practical experience in concrete, blockwork, waterproofing, finishing, and MEP inspections
- Experience dealing with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and testing laboratories
- ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification is preferred
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification is an added advantage
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications
- Experience preparing and reviewing ITPs and Method Statements
- Practical experience in NCR and CAPA management
- Knowledge of inspection procedures for structural, architectural, waterproofing, finishing, and MEP works
- Ability to review material submittals, test reports, and technical approvals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
- Strong working knowledge of Excel for quality reports and tracking logs
- Knowledge of material approval procedures, laboratory testing, and consultant inspection requirements
- Familiarity with ERP systems, including Odoo, is preferred
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Confident personality with the ability to raise and manage quality issues professionally
