تعلن شركة Amentum (شريك خدمات عالمي) بالتعاون مع برنامج ICITAP التابع لوزارة العدل الأمريكية عن حاجتها إلى مدربين متنقلين للشرطة (Mobile Police Trainers) للعمل في المملكة العربية السعودية (الرياض، المدينة المنورة، تبوك، ومنتجعات البحر الأحمر) على أساس تعاقدي مؤقت (2-6 أسابيع لكل مهمة). ملاحظة: هذا منصب متعاقد مستقل مع Amentum وليس علاقة توظيف.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم تدريب خبير في واحد أو أكثر من تخصصات إنفاذ القانون (مثل القيادة والإشراف، عمليات الدوريات، شرطة السياحة، الاتصالات، مدرب ميداني، الجريمة المنظمة، تدريب السائقين، تطوير مدربي القيادة، إنفاذ القانون البحري، حماية الشخصيات الهامة، تحليل الجريمة، إدارة الفعاليات الخاصة، التفاوض في الرهائن، الأمن السيبراني وأدلة الجرائم الإلكترونية، فريق الاستجابة للأزمات: تكتيكات فرد وجماعة، تكتيكات متقدمة ونيران حية، السيطرة التشغيلية للفريق، دورة القادة، الاستجابة للمسلح النشط/الإرهابي لأول ضابط مستجيب، وغيرها)
- التدريس عبر مترجمين عربي-إنجليزي
- التأكد من وصول المعدات والمواد التدريبية إلى المواقع البعيدة بحالة جيدة ونقلها إلى الموقع التالي
- التنسيق مع مديري مواقع التدريب التابعين لـ SFSP
- إدارة جميع جوانب الدورة والفصل الدراسي: إتمام تسجيل الطلاب، تسليم جميع الوحدات التدريبية، سلامة الامتحانات، منح شهادات الإنجاز، وأي تفاصيل ضرورية لضمان تجربة تدريبية ناجحة
- تقديم تقارير شاملة مكتوبة بعد التدريب بالتنسيق الذي تحدده إدارة برنامج ICITAP
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات كضابط إنفاذ قانون مكلف (commissioned law enforcement officer)
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات مرتبطة مباشرة بموضوع التدريب الذي سيتم تقديمه
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات كمدرب إنفاذ قانون
- خبرة سابقة لا تقل عن سنة واحدة في بيئة دولية
- شهادة رسمية كمدرب إنفاذ قانون (يفضل أن تكون صادرة عن POST أو أكاديمية تدريب إنفاذ قانون)
- مهارات تنظيمية وإدارة وقت فائقة
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وعن بُعد
- القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق
- القدرة على التكيف مع الظروف المتغيرة بسرعة
- مهارات تواصل شفهي وكتابي ممتازة
- جواز سفر أمريكي ساري المفعول
- حالة بدنية جيدة واجتياز الفحص الطبي قبل الانتشار
- القدرة على الحصول على تصريح أمني (Moderate Public Trust Waiver) - الجنسية الأمريكية مطلوبة

These positions will be deployed to Saudi Arabia on a TDY basis for short-term (2-6 weeks at a time) employment, as ICITAP’s training schedule may require. Mobile Trainers may be required to perform their duties in Riyadh, Medina, Tabuk, the Red Sea Resorts area, and other locations to be determined, with support from ICITAP in-country program staff. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide expert instruction in one or more of the law enforcement training disciplines outlined above, principally in classroom settings but also in field settings as may be appropriate
- Conduct instruction through Arabic/English speaking interpreters
- Ensure that all instructional equipment and materials are received at remote sites and in good condition and forwarded to the next training site
- Coordinate with SFSP training site managers
- In most cases, curriculum and other training materials will be provided by ICITAP in both Arabic and English
- Responsible for all aspects of course and classroom management, such as ensuring student registration is completed, all training modules are delivered, exam integrity, awarding of completion certificates, and other details that may become necessary to ensure a successful training experience
- Must provide thorough written post-training reports in a format to be specified by ICITAP program management
- Minimum 10 years’ experience as a commissioned law enforcement officer
- Minimum 5 years’ experience directly related to the subject matter being taught
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a law enforcement instructor
- Minimum 1-year previous experience working in an international setting
- Formal certification as a law enforcement instructor, preferably issued by a POST organization or law enforcement training academy
- Superior organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Ability to function well as a team member
- Ability to cope with rapidly changing conditions
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must possess a valid U.S. passport
- Must be in good physical condition and able to pass a pre-deployment medical examination
- Clearable: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Moderate Public Trust Waiver US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a Moderate Public Trust Waiver Clearance.
- Arabic language proficiency
- Degree in a law enforcement, homeland security, international relations, or a related field
- Extensive experience as a law enforcement instructor on the subject matter for which candidates are engaged to teach in KSA
