بصفته مدير الاتصالات المؤسسية - اتصالات المبيعات، سيكون المرشح مسؤولاً عن صياغة وتنفيذ خطط اتصال استراتيجية تدعم استراتيجية أعمال Gartner وتعزز ارتباط الموظفين. سيعمل تحت إشراف نائب الرئيس الأول لاتصالات المبيعات، وسيقوم بدور أخصائي اتصال عام عبر ثلاث وحدات أعمال، بالإضافة إلى دعم الاتصالات المؤسسية العالمية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- التعاون مع نائب الرئيس الأول لاتصالات المبيعات لوضع وتنفيذ خطط وبرامج اتصال عالمية للمبيعات تدعم أولويات الأعمال ومبادرات التغيير وجهود الثقافة المؤسسية.
- العمل مع فريق عالمي لضمان تقديم برامج الاتصال بفاعلية عبر جميع وحدات الأعمال الثلاث المرتبطة بالمبيعات.
- المساهمة في إعداد اتصالات عالية التأثير تشمل النشرات الإخبارية والمناقشات الدائرية والنصوص التنفيذية واجتماعات العموم ومحتوى الشبكة الداخلية واجتماعات القيادة والفيديوهات والإعلانات التنظيمية.
- دعم مبادرات اتصال التغيير ومشاركة الموظفين، والاستفادة من أفضل ممارسات Gartner لتعزيز الانسجام والعمل عبر المؤسسة.
- تمثيل المنطقة في فريق الاتصالات العالمي لإدارة الأزمات، مما يتطلب مرونة وسرعة في العمل.
- بناء علاقات موثوقة مع كبار القياديين وشركاء الاتصال عبر وحدات الأعمال لضمان اتساق وتناسق الرسائل على مستوى المؤسسة.
- تقييم فعالية قنوات الاتصال باستخدام البيانات والتحليلات، والدفع نحو التحسين المستمر والابتكار في استراتيجية الاتصال وتنفيذها.
- التعاون مع مركز التميز في الهند وفرق عالمية أخرى في المخرجات الرئيسية، وضمان التميز في التصميم وإدارة المشاريع والمحتوى متعدد الوسائط.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في مجال الاتصالات داخل بيئة عمل مؤسسية، مع قدرة مثبتة على قيادة برامج اتصال استراتيجية تحقق نتائج أعمال.
- نجاح موثق في تقديم المشورة لكبار القياديين ودعم مبادرات إدارة التغيير المعقدة ومشاركة الموظفين.
- مهارات فائقة في الكتابة والتحرير وسرد القصص، مع القدرة على تحويل المعلومات المعقدة إلى اتصالات واضحة ومقنعة وقابلة للتنفيذ.
- خبرة في اتصالات الأزمات (Crisis Communications).
- قدرة مثبتة على بناء واستدامة علاقات موثوقة على المستوى التنفيذي.
- مهارات تحليلية قوية وخبرة في استخدام البيانات لتحسين فعالية الاتصال.
- محل إبداعي للمشكلات مع سجل من الابتكار والتنفيذ وخدمة العملاء.
- يجب أن يكون المرشح مقيمًا على بعد لا يتجاوز 60 دقيقة بالتنقل من موقع المكتب.

As Manager, Corporate Communications, Sales Communications, you will serve as a strategic communicator responsible for shaping and executing comprehensive communications that advance Gartner’s business strategy and fosters associate engagement. What you’ll do:
- Partner with the MVP, Sales Communications to deploy global sales communications plans/programs that support Gartner’s business priorities, change initiatives and culture efforts.
- Collaborate with a global team to ensure communication programs are delivered effectively across all three sales-related business units.
- Contribute to high-impact communications including newsletters, roundtables, executive scripts, town halls, intranet content, leadership meetings, videos, and organizational announcements.
- Support change communications and associate engagement initiatives, leveraging Gartner best practices to foster alignment and action across the organization.
- Represent the region in our global crisis communications team - which requires flexibility and a fast pace.
- Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and communication partners across business units to ensure cohesive and aligned messaging enterprise wide.
- Proactively assess the effectiveness of communications channels using data and analytics, driving continuous improvement and innovation in communications strategy and execution.
- Partner with the India Center of Excellence and other global teams on key deliverables, ensuring excellence in design, project management and multimedia content.
- 3-5 years’ communications experience in a corporate environment, with a proven ability to lead strategic communications programs that drive business outcomes.
- Demonstrated success advising senior leaders and supporting complex change management and engagement initiatives.
- Superior writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, compelling, and actionable communications.
- Experience with crisis communications
- Proven ability to build and sustain trusted relationships at the executive level.
- Strong analytical skills and experience leveraging data to optimize communications effectiveness.
- Creative problem-solver with a track record of innovation, execution and customer service.
- Strategic thinker with outstanding interpersonal and influencing skills.
