هذه الوظيفة مقدمة من Jobgether بالنيابة عن شركة شريكة. نحن نبحث عن أخصائي عمليات التجزئة والسوق عبر الإنترنت (مدفوع) في المملكة العربية السعودية. يركز هذا الدور على إدارة وتحسين حملات إعلانات التجزئة المدفوعة عبر الأسواق الإلكترونية الرئيسية، مع ضمان أداء تشغيلي قوي لقوائم المنتجات ومنصات البائعين. ستعمل على مزج إدارة الحملات المباشرة مع عمليات السوق، بما في ذلك دقة الكتالوج والتسعير والامتثال ومطابقة المخزون.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تخطيط وإطلاق وتحسين حملات إعلانات التجزئة عبر أسواق مثل Home Depot وLowe’s وWayfair وCostco وSam’s Club، بما في ذلك Sponsored Products وSponsored Brands والإعلانات العرضية والفيديو.

This role focuses on managing and optimizing paid retail media campaigns across major online marketplaces while ensuring strong operational performance across product listings and seller platforms. You will be responsible for driving advertising efficiency through data-driven optimization of PPC campaigns, keyword strategies, and performance budgets. The position blends hands-on campaign management with marketplace operations, including catalog accuracy, pricing, compliance, and inventory alignment. You will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and merchandising teams to ensure advertising strategies support broader e-commerce objectives. The role requires strong analytical thinking and a deep understanding of retail media ecosystems. Accountabilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize retail media advertising campaigns across marketplaces such as Home Depot, Lowe’s, Wayfair, Costco, and Sam’s Club, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, display, and video formats.
- Manage end-to-end marketplace operations, including product listings, content updates, keyword optimization, pricing adjustments, compliance checks, and inventory alignment.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance KPIs such as CTR, ROAS, ACoS, and conversion rates, providing actionable insights for continuous optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and merchandising to align paid media strategies with overall e-commerce goals.
- Generate regular performance reports and dashboards to track ad spend, ROI, and operational efficiency, supporting data-driven decision-making.
- Troubleshoot listing and campaign issues within seller platforms and ensure smooth operational execution across multiple marketplaces.
- 3+ years of experience managing retail media or e-commerce advertising campaigns across platforms such as Amazon Advertising, Walmart Connect, Wayfair, Home Depot Retail Media, or similar.
- Strong understanding of PPC structures, including keyword targeting, bidding strategies, budget management, and A/B testing.
- Experience working with marketplace backend systems such as Wayfair Partner Home, Mirakl-based platforms, or equivalent seller tools.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and experience using reporting dashboards to optimize performance.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage product catalogs, listings, and compliance requirements accurately.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work full-time in the CST time zone.
- Experience in agency environments or managing multiple brands is a plus.
