Fluor Corporation تعلن عن توفر وظيفة Associate Designer II في السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تطوير التصاميم المدنية للأعمال الترابية، والتسوية، والطرق، والرصف، والصرف الصحي.
  • مراجعة والتحقق من مخرجات التصميم للمقاولين لضمان الامتثال والجودة.
  • ضمان توافق التصميم المدني مع التخصصات الهندسية الأخرى.
  • إعداد حسابات التصميم، ووثائق أساس التصميم، والمواصفات، والمعايير.
  • دعم أنشطة FEED والتصميم التفصيلي لمشاريع الحقول الخضراء والبنية.
  • إعداد نطاقات العمل للمسوحات الجيوتقنية والطبوغرافية والمسح تحت الأرض.
  • مراجعة رسومات الموردين وإجراء حصر المواد.
  • المشاركة في مراجعات النماذج ثلاثية الأبعاد باستخدام أدوات مثل Navisworks أو SPR.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو الإنشائية.
  • 10 سنوات خبرة في الهندسة المدنية في صناعات البتروكيماويات، الأسمدة، التكرير، النفط، أو الغاز.
  • 5 إلى 7 سنوات خبرة مع مقاول FEED أو EPC دولي معترف به.
  • خبرة في كل من FEED والتصميم التفصيلي لمشاريع الحقول الخضراء والبنية.
  • خبرة موقع أو إنشاء (ميزة إضافية).
  • يجب أن يكون المرشح مخولاً للعمل في المملكة العربية السعودية.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • معرفة برموز التصميم الدولية مثل AASHTO, ACI, API, ASTM, AWWA, NFPA, PIP.
  • خبرة في تصميم الأعمال الترابية، والتسوية الخشنة والنهائية.
  • تصميم الطرق والرصف بما في ذلك التصميم الهندسي.
  • تطوير المواقع، وتخطيط الأسوار والبوابات.
  • الإلمام بالقوانين واللوائح المحلية مثل HCIS و RC.
  • تصميم مياه الأمطار، والصرف الصحي، ومياه الإطفاء، والصرف الملوث.
  • التصميم الهيدروليكي لبرك التبخر وبرك التدفق الأول.
  • إتقان استخدام CivilStorm, SewerGEMS, Civil 3D, OpenRoads أو برامج مماثلة.
  • القدرة على إعداد تقارير التصميم والمواصفات والمعايير.
  • خبرة في تنفيذ المشاريع ثلاثية الأبعاد وبرمجيات مراجعة النماذج.
  • القدرة على مراجعة رسومات الموردين وإعداد حصر المواد.

Job Description

The Senior Civil Engineer is responsible for performing and reviewing civil design work for in‑house and contractor‑executed projects. This includes earthwork, site grading, roads, paving, and various drainage systems. The role ensures that all civil designs meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards while coordinating with other engineering disciplines. The engineer will also support project execution, participate in design reviews, and provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Developing civil designs for earthwork, grading, roads, paving, and drainage
  • Reviewing and verifying contractor design deliverables for compliance and quality
  • Ensuring alignment of civil design with other engineering disciplines
  • Preparing design calculations, Basis of Design documents, specifications, and standards
  • Supporting FEED and Detailed Design activities for greenfield and brownfield projects
  • Preparing scopes of work for geotechnical, topographical, and underground scanning surveys
  • Reviewing vendor drawings and performing material take‑offs
  • Participating in 3D model reviews using tools such as Navisworks or SPR

Basic Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering

Minimum Experience

  • 10 years of civil engineering experience in petrochemical, fertilizer, refining, oil, or gas industries
  • 5 to 7 years of experience with a recognized international FEED or EPC contractor
  • Experience in both FEED and Detailed Design for greenfield and brownfield projects
  • Site or construction experience is an advantage

Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of international design codes such as AASHTO, ACI, API, ASTM, AWWA, NFPA, and PIP
  • Experience in earthwork design, rough grading, and finish grading
  • Roads and paving design, including geometric design
  • Site development, fencing, and gate layout
  • Familiarity with local codes and regulations such as HCIS and RC
  • Stormwater, sanitary sewer, firewater, and contaminated drainage design
  • Hydraulic design for evaporation ponds and first‑flush ponds
  • Proficiency in CivilStorm, SewerGEMS, Civil 3D, OpenRoads, or similar software
  • Ability to prepare design reports, specifications, and standards
  • Experience with 3D project execution and model review software
  • Ability to perform vendor drawing reviews and prepare material take‑offs
