نبذة عن الوظيفة

مهندس أنابيب رئيسي (Lead Piping Engineer) مسؤول عن تقديم حلول هندسية عالية الجودة، وتوجيه الفرق متعددة التخصصات، وضمان التنفيذ الآمن والفعال من حيث التكلفة لمشاريع البنية التحتية الجديدة (Greenfield) والتوسعات (Brownfield). يوفر الدور قيادة تقنية، ويدير مخرجات الهندسة، ويدعم نجاح المشروع من خلال التنسيق القوي وحل المشكلات والالتزام بالمعايير الدولية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • قيادة هندسة الأنابيب لمشاريع التوسعات والمشاريع الجديدة ومشاريع التحديث والمنشآت التشغيلية.
  • تطبيق أساليب تنفيذ تنافسية من حيث التكلفة لتطوير حلول مشاريع فعالة واقتصادية.
  • تطوير ومراجعة المواصفات ومعايير التصميم ونطاقات العمل وخطط التنفيذ.
  • الإشراف على تخطيط الأنابيب وترتيب المعدات وتحسين المسارات وقابلية الإنشاء.
  • إجراء حسابات هندسية والتحقق منها، وتحديد مواصفات المعدات، وحل المشكلات الفنية.
  • إجراء مسوحات ميدانية والتحقق الموقعي وتحديد نقاط الربط وتقييم تعديلات المصنع.
  • مراجعة وثائق الموردين والتنسيق لحل الفروقات الفنية.
  • قيادة وتوجيه مهندسي ومصممي الأنابيب لضمان مخرجات عالية الجودة.
  • التنسيق مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات لدعم تنفيذ المشروع المتكامل.
  • المشاركة في دراسات المخاطر (HAZOPs) ومراجعات التصميم وتقييمات المخاطر وعمليات إدارة التغيير (MOC).
  • ضمان الامتثال لمعايير أرامكو السعودية وسابك و ASME و API والمعايير الدولية الأخرى.
  • تقديم الدعم الفني أثناء مراحل البناء والتشغيل والبدء.
  • مراجعة الرسومات والمواصفات والمخرجات الهندسية الأخرى والموافقة عليها.
  • التواصل مع العملاء والموردين وفرق البناء وأصحاب المصلحة في المشروع.
  • تعزيز التحسين المستمر وضمان الجودة والتميز الهندسي.
  • تسليم المشاريع بأمان وفي الوقت المحدد وضمن الميزانية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة هندسية معتمدة (4 سنوات أو ما يعادلها عالمياً) مع خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في المجال ذي الصلة؛ يُفضل الحصول على شهادة مهنية/تسجيل مهني.
  • مهارات تواصل فعالة للتفاعل مع الإدارة والعملاء والموردين والمقاولين والفرق متعددة التخصصات.
  • كفاءة تقنية عالية لأداء المهام الهندسية التخصصية بشكل مستقل.
  • القدرة على تفسير وتطبيق اللوائح وفقاً للقوانين والمعايير والإرشادات المحلية والإقليمية والوطنية.
  • اهتمام عالٍ بالتفاصيل مع القدرة على العمل بكفاءة تحت ضغط المواعيد الزمنية.
  • عضوية مهنية في الجمعيات التقنية ذات الصلة (مفضلة).
  • معرفة متقدمة بقوانين ومعايير التخصص، بما في ذلك توافر المواد واعتبارات التكلفة.
  • خبرة في تقدير ساعات الجهد والتنبؤ باحتياجات التوظيف للأنشطة الهندسية.
  • خبرة ميدانية عملية في دعم أعمال البناء والتحقق الموقعي وحل المشكلات.
  • مهارات حاسوبية متوسطة.
  • يجب أن يكون المرشح مخولاً للعمل في البلد الذي توجد به الوظيفة.
  • يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة مع أرامكو السعودية أو سابيك أو مشاريع مماثلة.

Job Description

A results‑driven Lead Piping Engineer responsible for delivering high‑quality engineering solutions, guiding multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring safe, cost‑effective execution of brownfield and greenfield projects. The role provides technical leadership, manages engineering deliverables, and supports project success through strong coordination, problem‑solving, and adherence to international standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead piping engineering for brownfield, greenfield, revamp, and operating facility projects.
  • Apply cost‑competitive execution methods to develop efficient and economical project solutions.
  • Develop and review specifications, design criteria, scopes of work, and execution plans.
  • Oversee piping layouts, equipment arrangement, routing optimization, and constructability.
  • Perform and verify engineering calculations, specify equipment, and resolve technical issues.
  • Conduct site surveys, field verification, tie‑in identification, and plant modification assessments.
  • Review vendor documentation and coordinate resolution of technical discrepancies.
  • Lead and mentor piping engineers and designers to ensure high‑quality deliverables.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to support integrated project execution.
  • Participate in HAZOPs, design reviews, risk assessments, and MOC processes.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco, SABIC, ASME, API, and international standards.
  • Provide technical support during construction, commissioning, and startup.
  • Review and approve drawings, specifications, and other engineering deliverables.
  • Interface with clients, vendors, construction teams, and project stakeholders.
  • Promote continuous improvement, quality assurance, and engineering excellence.
  • Deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Basic Job Requirements

  • Accredited engineering degree (4‑year or global equivalent) with 8+ years of relevant industry experience; professional certification/registration preferred.
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with management, clients, vendors, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong technical proficiency required to perform discipline‑specific engineering tasks independently.
  • Ability to interpret and apply regulations across local, regional, and national codes, standards, and guidelines.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently under time‑sensitive project conditions.
  • Professional memberships in relevant technical societies (preferred).
  • Advanced knowledge of discipline codes and standards, including material availability and cost considerations.
  • Experience in effort‑hour estimating and forecasting staffing needs for engineering activities.
  • Hands‑on field experience supporting construction, site verification, and problem resolution.
  • Intermediate computer skills
