SANY Saudi Arabia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Generator Sales Manager to join our growing team in Riyadh.

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Position: Generator Sales Manager

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities

✅ Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.

✅ Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities.

✅ Build, develop, and manage key accounts, dealer networks, and sales channels.

✅ Prepare quotations, participate in tenders, and negotiate commercial contracts.

✅ Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to achieve outstanding performance.

✅ Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and compliance with company policies.

✅ Develop business opportunities across key industries, including data centers, power plants, industrial facilities, construction, and infrastructure projects

Requirements

✔ Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.

✔ Minimum 5+ years of experience in generator set (Genset) sales or the power generation industry.

✔ Strong knowledge of the Saudi market and customer requirements.

✔ Existing client network or business resources within the generator set industry, particularly in data centers, power stations, industrial, oil & gas, telecommunications, or infrastructure sectors.

✔ Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market share.

✔ Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

✔ Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
