JOB PURPOSE / ROLE:

Lead the monitoring and analysis of operational and financial performance across operations to assess the effectiveness of implemented solution, identify performance gaps and provide actionable insights that support operational efficiency, service quality, and management decision- making.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

Policies, Processes & Procedures

• Follows all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner

Day- to-day operations

• Follows the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work

Job-Related Responsibilities

• Monitor operational and financial performance indicators across operations.
• Track the effectiveness of implemented initiatives, solutions, and operational improvements.
• Analyze operational trends, productivity, indicators, transaction volumes and cost related matrix.
• Provide actionable insight and recommendation to improve operational effectiveness.
• Develop performance monitoring framework and reporting methodologies.
• Engage with process owners and business stakeholders to understand performance drivers and challenges
• Support team members to ensure effective performance monitoring, reporting and analysis activities.

Continuous Improvement

• Contributes to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices.

Reporting

• Assists in the preparation of timely and accurate reports of Riyad Bank to meet company and department requirements, policies and standards

Safety, Quality & Environment

• Complies with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business adminsatioian or management information system

Minimum Experience:

• 6-8 years of relevant experience.

Language:

• English: Advanced

Technical Knowledge areas:

• Banking operations.
• Performance management and KPIs framework.
• Data analysis and reporting.
