JOB PURPOSE / ROLE:

Support the effective operations of RPA solutions by monitoring bot performance, analyzing operational exceptions, ensuring compliance with operational standards, and recommending improvements to enhance automation efficiency and service quality

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

Policies, Processes & Procedures

• Follows all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner

Day- to-day operations

• Follows the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work

Generic Job-Related Responsibilities

• Monitor the performance and availability of RPA bots and automated process
• Analyze automation expectation, failures, and recurring issues and recommended corrective actions.
• Review automation reports and operational metrics to identify performance trends and improvements opportunity
• Coordinate with RPA developments and support teams to resolve incidents and operational issue.
• Support testing and validation activities for new enhanced automation solutions
• Prepare periodic performance reports and exception reports for management review.
• Monitor day to day RPA operations and ensure automated processes are functioning as intended.
• Performed other related duties as assigned.

Continuous Improvement

• Contributes to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices.

Reporting

• Assists in the preparation of timely and accurate reports of Riyad Bank to meet company and department requirements, policies and standards

Safety, Quality & Environment

• Complies with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration.

Minimum Experience:

• 4-6 years of relevant experience.

Language:

• English: Advanced

Technical Knowledge areas:

• RPA operations monitoring and performance management.
• Process monitoring and service quality management.
• Performance reporting and dashboard analysis.
