We are currently looking for
HR Operation Supervisor who is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day human resources operations within the school, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies while delivering efficient HR services to employees. The role manages employee lifecycle processes, supervises HR administrative functions, and supports the school's mission by maintaining high standards of HR operations and employee experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Previous experience in the education or school sector is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Experience with HRIS and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Experience in payroll administration and attendance management is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage
