المهام والمسؤوليات
- العمل كنائب للمدير التنفيذي للتكنولوجيا، وتمثيل القيادة الفنية عبر فرق backend و ML عند الحاجة، وضمان استمرارية الرؤية والتنفيذ.
- امتلاك الهندسة المعمارية الشاملة واتخاذ القرارات الفنية للمنتجات والميزات، وضمان قابلية التوسع والأداء والموثوقية.
- البقاء عملياً في التطوير، وكتابة الكود بنشاط، وشحن الميزات، وبناء نماذج أولية للتحقق من الحلول.

Accountabilities

- Remain hands-on in development, actively writing code, shipping features, and building prototypes to validate solutions.
- Translate business needs into technical execution plans, leading small teams (5-10 engineers) from concept to delivery.
