نبذة عن الوظيفة
يدعو برنامج المنهج الأساسي - الرياضيات والعلوم الطبيعية في جامعة الأمير محمد بن فهد (PMU) المتقدمين لشغل وظيفة أكاديمية بدوام كامل لتدريس مقررات الفيزياء مثل الفيزياء التمهيدية وفيزياء المهندسين 1 و2 في الفصلين الدراسيين الخريفي والربيعي، مع فرص تدريس صيفية محتملة. سيشمل الدور أيضًا الإرشاد الأكاديمي، وتطوير المناهج، وتقييم الطلاب، والساعات المكتبية، والخدمة المؤسسية والمهنية. يركز برنامج المنهج الأساسي على الكفاءات العالمية المتماشية مع رؤية السعودية 2030، بما في ذلك التواصل والتكنولوجيا والتفكير النقدي والتطوير المهني والعمل الجماعي والقيادة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم تعليم عالي الجودة وتجارب تعلمية متميزة للطلاب.
- تصميم وتطوير المقررات والبرامج ضمن تخصص الفيزياء.
- تقييم تعلم الطلاب وتقديم التغذية الراجعة.
- المساهمة في حوكمة الكلية والجامعة، والسياسات والاستراتيجيات.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة دكتوراه في الفيزياء من جامعة غربية (بحد أدنى 30 ساعة معتمدة دراسية بعد الماجستير والبكالوريوس).
- خبرة تدريسية على مستوى الكلية لمدة سنتين على الأقل (يفضل).
- القدرة على التدريس باللغة الإنجليزية.
- لمتقدمي رتبة أستاذ مشارك/أستاذ: تقديم خطاب ترقية من مؤسسة سابقة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- التطور العلمي والمهني في الفيزياء.
- إرشاد الطلاب وتوجيههم.
- المشاركة في اللجان والخدمة المؤسسية.
- تطوير المناهج وضمان الجودة.

- Ph.D. in Physics from a Western university (minimum 30 semester hours beyond master’s and bachelor’s)
- At least 2 years of college-level teaching experience preferred
- Ability to teach in English
- For Associate/Full Professor applicants: provide a promotion letter from a prior institution
