يعلن جامعة الأمير محمد بن فهد (PMU) في المنطقة الشرقية، الخبر، عن توفر وظائف أكاديمية في قسم الهندسة الميكانيكية بكلية الهندسة بدرجات أستاذ مساعد وأستاذ مشارك وأستاذ كامل (دوام كامل).
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تدريس المقررات الجامعية والدراسات العليا في الهندسة الميكانيكية.
- تطوير وتنفيذ مقررات وبرامج أكاديمية جديدة.
- إنشاء وقيادة مبادرات بحثية ممولة من مصادر خارجية.
- المشاركة في تصميم المناهج والتقييم وعمليات ضمان الجودة.
- تقديم الإرشاد والدعم الأكاديمي للطلاب.
- الحفاظ على المشاركة النشطة في الأنشطة العلمية والمهنية.
- المساهمة في عمل اللجان القسمية والمبادرات الكلية والحوكمة المؤسسية.
- تمثيل الجامعة في المحافل الأكاديمية والمهنية.
- القيام بأي مهام أخرى يكلف بها من رئيس القسم أو العميد أو قيادة الجامعة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجات البكالوريوس والماجستير والدكتوراه في الهندسة الميكانيكية من مؤسسة معتمدة في أمريكا الشمالية.
- خبرة تدريسية وبحثية مثبتة في جامعات أمريكية أو كندية.
- خبرة في اعتماد ABET والتسجيل المهني.
- سجل قوي من الأبحاث والمنشورات العلمية.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة باللغة الإنجليزية والقدرة على العمل في بيئة تعليمية تعتمد على التكنولوجيا.
- لرتبة أستاذ مشارك أو أستاذ كامل: يجب تقديم خطاب ترقية رسمي يثبت الترقي إلى الرتبة المطلوبة من مؤسسة أكاديمية معتمدة.
- مجالات الاهتمام المطلوبة: ديناميكيات الأنظمة، الاهتزازات، الروبوتات، CAD/CAM/FEA، الموائع الحرارية التجريبية، ميكانيكا المواد الصلبة التجريبية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- الالتزام بالتعليم المتمركز حول الطالب والتربية المبتكرة.
- دليل على البحوث الممولة والتعاون الصناعي.
- القدرة على المساهمة في المبادرات متعددة التخصصات والمجموعات البحثية.
- مهارات شخصية وتواصل وإرشاد قوية.
- خبرة في تطوير برامج الدراسات العليا والإشراف على الأطروحات أو مشاريع التخرج.

- Strong record of scholarly research and publications.
- Excellent English communication skills and ability to work in a technology-driven learning environment.
