تعلن شركة بارسونز (Parsons Corporation) عن توفر فرصة وظيفية شاغرة لمهندس مشروع (نقل المياه) - سعودي الجنسية، للانضمام إلى فريق البنية التحتية المتنامي في تبوك، المملكة العربية السعودية. ستعمل في هذا الدور على دعم الإشراف الهندسي ومراجعة التصاميم ومتابعة تنفيذ مشاريع خطوط أنابيب نقل المياه ومحطات الضخ والخزانات وشبكات التوزيع واسعة النطاق.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف الفني: مراجعة الرسومات الهندسية والمواصفات الفنية وحزم التصميم لأنظمة نقل المياه (خطوط الأنابيب، محطات الضخ، الصمامات، ومرافق التخزين) لضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات المشروع والمعايير المحلية.
- التنسيق بين الجهات: العمل كنقطة اتصال رئيسية بين ممثلي العميل والمقاولين والاستشاريين الفرعيين وفرق الهندسة الداخلية للحفاظ على قنوات اتصال واضحة.
- المراقبة الميدانية وضمان الجودة: إجراء زيارات ميدانية منتظمة لمتابعة تقدم أعمال البناء، والتأكد من الالتزام بالتصاميم المعتمدة وبروتوكولات السلامة، وحل المشكلات الفنية في الموقع.
- تتبع الجدول الزمني والتقدم: مراقبة الجداول الزمنية للمشروع، وتتبع معالم المقاولين، واكتشاف التأخيرات المحتملة مبكراً، والمساعدة في تنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.
- إدارة طلبات المعلومات والتسليمات: إدارة و تسريع مراجعة طلبات المعلومات (RFIs) والتسليمات المادية ورسومات الورش لضمان استمرارية أعمال البناء بكفاءة.
- إعداد التقارير: إعداد تقارير مرحلية أسبوعية وشهرية شاملة ومذكرات فنية وعروض تقديمية لإدارة بارسونز والعميل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- الحصول على درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو البيئية أو الميكانيكية أو أحد التخصصات الهندسية ذات العلاقة من مؤسسة تعليمية معتمدة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات متزايدة في مشاريع البنية التحتية المدنية، مع تركيز واضح على خطوط أنابيب نقل المياه أو الهيدروليكا أو محطات الضخ.
- الإلمام الجيد بقراءة وتفسير الرسومات الهندسية ومخططات P&IDs وخرائط المحاذاة.
- الإلمام بالبرامج الهندسية القياسية (مثل AutoCAD، WaterGEMS، أو Primavera P6) يعتبر ميزة قوية.
- فهم متين للمعايير الدولية والسعودية الخاصة بمنشآت المياه (مثل NWC، SWCC).
- الإقامة في مدينة تبوك، المملكة العربية السعودية (شرط أساسي).
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات ممتازة في حل المشكلات والتواصل والتنظيم.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل تعاوني ضمن فريق متعدد الثقافات.
- طلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية كتابة وتحدثاً (مطلوب).
- إجادة اللغة العربية تعتبر ميزة قوية للتواصل المحلي.

What You'll Be Doing
- Technical Oversight: Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, and design packages for water transmission systems (pipelines, pump stations, valves, and storage facilities) to ensure compliance with project requirements and local standards.
- Project Coordination: Act as a central point of contact between client representatives, contractors, sub-consultants, and internal engineering teams to maintain clear lines of communication.
- Site Monitoring & Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, ensure adherence to approved designs and safety protocols, and resolve technical issues in the field.
- Schedule & Progress Tracking: Monitor project timelines, track contractor milestones, identify potential delays early, and help implement corrective actions.
- RFIs and Submittals: Manage and expedite the review of Requests for Information (RFIs), material submittals, and shop drawings to keep construction moving efficiently.
- Reporting: Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly progress reports, technical memos, and presentations for Parsons leadership and the client.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, or a related Engineering discipline from an accredited institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in civil infrastructure projects, with a distinct focus on water transmission pipelines, hydraulics, or pump stations.
- Technical Skills: * Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings, P&IDs, and alignment sheets.
- Familiarity with industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, WaterGEMS, or Primavera P6) is a strong plus.
- Solid understanding of international and Saudi water infrastructure standards (e.g., NWC, SWCC).
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. The ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team environment is crucial.
- Language: Fluency in written and spoken English is required. Arabic language skills are highly advantageous for local coordination.
- Location: Must be willing to be based in Tabuk, KSA.
