Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Senior Site Engineer to oversee and drive construction activities for our luxury development in AMAALA (Al Wajh region). You will be responsible for managing on-site operations, ensuring that all civil, structural, and fit-out works are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the ultra-luxury standards required by the project.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in mega-projects, a strong grasp of premium quality control, and a proven track record of managing diverse contractor teams under strict health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

· On-Site Execution: Oversee, coordinate, and manage daily construction operations on-site, ensuring all activities align with approved drawings, specifications, and master schedules.

· Contractor & Subcontractor Management: Lead and monitor contractors and vendors. Conduct regular progress meetings, resolve site conflicts, and eliminate bottlenecks to maintain momentum.

· Quality Assurance & Control: Enforce the highest standards of workmanship required for luxury hospitality and residential builds. Implement rigorous inspection and testing plans (ITPs) before handovers.

· HSE Compliance: Strictly enforce project Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) plans. Ensure 100% adherence to Method Statements, Risk Assessments (RAMS), and correct PPE utilization across all work zones.

· Progress Tracking & Reporting: Monitor daily/weekly progress against KPIs. Prepare direct, data-driven progress reports for project directors, highlighting risks and mitigation strategies.

· Technical & As-Built Documentation: Oversee the verification of technical site variations, change orders, and ensure before-and-after photographic records and As-Built documentation are perfectly maintained for final handover.

Requirements & Qualifications:

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Architecture Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related field.

· Experience: 8-12 years of construction experience, with at least 3-5 years in a Senior role on large-scale luxury hospitality, or mega-projects (PIF giga-projects experience is highly preferred).

· Red Sea Global/Neom Projects Experience is recommended.

· Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of building systems, construction methodologies, international standards, and project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore).

· Soft Skills: Strong leadership, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage multinational teams under tight deadlines.

· Language: Fluency in professional English (written and spoken) is mandatory. Arabic is a strong asset.

· PMP Certified is recommended.

· Location: Based on-site in the Amaala / Al Wajh region (Saudi Arabia).
