Role Description The Project General Manager (مدير عام مشروع) is a full-time, on-site role based in the Riyadh Region, responsible for leading complex digital marketing projects from planning through execution and evaluation. Day-to-day tasks include defining project scope and objectives, developing project plans and timelines, allocating resources, and managing cross-functional teams to ensure delivery on time and within budget. The role involves coordinating with internal stakeholders and clients, monitoring project performance, addressing risks and issues, and ensuring alignment with strategic business goals. The Project General Manager oversees quality standards across all project activities, prepares reports and presentations for senior leadership, and contributes to continuous improvement of project management processes. This position requires strong leadership, structured communication, and an ability to drive results in a dynamic, client-focused environment.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting for marketing or digital initiatives.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.
- Solid skills in strategic planning and decision-making, with the ability to align project outcomes with business objectives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly beneficial.
- Ability to analyze data and performance metrics to optimize project outcomes and support continuous improvement.
- Proficiency with project management tools and collaboration platforms (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, or similar).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are an advantage.
- Experience in digital marketing or a related industry, with familiarity in social media, content marketing, and online campaign management.
