Role Description The Visual Identity Specialist (أخصائي هويات بصرية) is a full-time, on-site role located in the Riyadh Region. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining visual brand identities for clients, including logos, color palettes, typography, and graphic systems that consistently reflect brand positioning. The specialist collaborates closely with marketing strategists, content creators, and social media teams to ensure visual elements are aligned with overall campaign objectives. Daily tasks include creating brand guidelines, preparing design assets for digital channels, refining existing visual identities, and supporting pitch presentations and client meetings with high-quality visual materials. The role also involves reviewing performance feedback and market trends to continuously evolve and enhance brand visuals.
Qualifications
- Strong visual design skills, including logo design, typography, color theory, and layout for digital and print.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma or similar).
- Experience developing comprehensive brand identity systems and brand guidelines.
- Ability to translate marketing and content strategies into coherent visual concepts and campaigns.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, especially social media and content marketing, from a visual perspective.
- Strong conceptual thinking, creativity, and attention to detail, with a portfolio demonstrating brand identity work.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and present design concepts to stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Fluency in Arabic, with good command of English, and familiarity with local and regional market trends is beneficial.
