Key Responsibilities and Duties: 

1. Drive high-value sales, upselling, Cross-selling and promotions execution. 

2. Support store in achieving targets and improving conversion & ATV. 

3. Act as role model in sales behavior and customer handling.

4. Handle complex customer cases, objections, and complaints. 

5. Ensure delivery of a premium and consistent customer experience. 

6. Build strong relationships with VIP and returning customers.

7. Understand prescriptions, lenses, and product matching. 

8. Guide customers confidently before and during technical handling. 

9. Support opticians in explaining technical solutions in a sales-friendly way.

10. Ensure accurate handling of POS transactions and insurance sales. 

11. Support team in resolving insurance-related issues. 

12. Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.

13. Support checking orders for basic accuracy and customer expectations. 

14. Ensure smooth coordination with optician/technician before delivery. 

15. Reduce customer complaints related to miscommunication or wrong selection.

16. Support onboarding and training of sales associates. 

17. Guide team on selling techniques and customer handling. 

 18. Monitor floor performance and support improvement.

19. Monitor product availability and highlight fast/slow-moving items. 

20. Ensure proper display and product presentation.

21. Support stock control and reporting of issues.

22. Support Store Manager in daily operations and floor supervision. 

23. Act as shift leader when required. 

24. Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.

25. Other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.

Job Requirements

Skills and Abilities:  - Strong sales leadership and customer handling skills.  - Good knowledge of optical products and prescriptions.  - Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.  - Ability to coach and guide junior staff.  - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience: 3-5 years in retail sales (optical preferred).

Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferably related field.

Language: Excellent command of oral and written English and Arabic.

Licenses / Certifications: Not mandatory (optical knowledge preferred).
