About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Security Analyst to join our dynamic team at Nozomi Networks. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and responding to security incidents within our industrial cybersecurity platform. Your expertise will help ensure the integrity and security of our clients' critical infrastructure by identifying vulnerabilities, investigating threats, and implementing effective mitigation strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, industrial control systems, and incident response, along with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on industrial control systems or operational technology security.
• Proficiency in security monitoring tools, intrusion detection systems, and threat intelligence platforms.
• Strong understanding of industrial protocols such as Modbus, DNP3, IEC 61850, and others.
• Experience with incident response, vulnerability assessment, and risk management.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, GICSP, or equivalent are preferred.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Monitor security alerts and logs generated by our industrial cybersecurity platform to identify potential threats or anomalies.
• Conduct thorough investigations of security incidents, determine root causes, and document findings.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to contain and remediate security issues promptly.
• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and best practices tailored to industrial environments.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and industry trends relevant to industrial control systems.
• Assist in the development of incident response plans and participate in drills and simulations to ensure preparedness.
• Provide training and support to clients and internal teams on cybersecurity best practices and threat mitigation.
