المهام والمسؤوليات
- تحديد وتنفيذ رؤية المنتج واستراتيجيته وخارطة الطريق بما يتوافق مع أهداف العمل واحتياجات المستخدمين.
- إجراء أبحاث السوق وجمع ملاحظات العملاء لتحديد فرص تحسين المنتج وإضافة ميزات جديدة.
- التعاون مع فرق الهندسة والتصميم والتسويق لتطوير مواصفات المنتج وتحديد أولويات الميزات وضمان التسليم في الوقت المناسب.
- مراقبة مقاييس أداء المنتج وتحليل البيانات لدعم اتخاذ القرارات وتحسين تجربة المستخدم.
- التنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة لضمان التواصل الواضح والمواءمة طوال دورة حياة تطوير المنتج.
- البقاء على اطلاع باتجاهات الصناعة والتقنيات الناشئة والمشهد التنافسي للحفاظ على ميزة استراتيجية.
- إدارة ميزانيات المنتج والجداول الزمنية والموارد بفعالية لتحقيق معالم المشروع وأهدافه.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو علوم الحاسب أو علم النفس أو مجال ذي صلة؛ يفضل درجة الماجستير.
- خبرة مثبتة (3+ سنوات) في إدارة المنتجات، ويفضل في صناعات التكنولوجيا أو الرعاية الصحية.
- فهم قوي لإدارة دورة حياة المنتج ومنهجيات أجايل ومبادئ التصميم المتمحور حول المستخدم.
- مهارات تحليلية وتنظيمية وحل مشكلات ممتازة.
