About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end logistics processes, coordinating shipments, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations and resolve any logistical issues.
• Prepare and review shipping documentation, customs paperwork, and compliance reports.
• Track shipments and update relevant stakeholders on status and potential delays.
• Collaborate with warehouse and transportation teams to optimize inventory management and distribution processes.
• Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and transactions for audit and reporting purposes.
• Stay informed about industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices to ensure compliance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing costs and increasing service quality.
• Assist in negotiating contracts and managing relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, and other logistics partners.
