Role Description

This is a full-time Social Media Executive role based in Riyadh, structured as a hybrid position with partial work-from-home flexibility. The Social Media Executive will manage day-to-day social media activities, including planning, creating, and scheduling content across multiple platforms. Responsibilities include optimizing social media channels, monitoring performance metrics, and engaging with audiences to strengthen brand presence and community. The role involves collaborating with creators, internal teams, and clients to align content with campaign objectives and brand guidelines. The Social Media Executive will also stay updated on trends, propose new ideas, and contribute to reports and insights that support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to manage and grow online platforms effectively.
• Candidates should possess Media Planning skills to design and implement structured social campaigns and content calendars.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication and Writing skills for audience engagement, creator coordination, and client updates.
• Experience with social media analytics tools and performance reporting is beneficial.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing and digital content trends across the region is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
