About the location:
AMAALA is situated along Saudi Arabia’s northwest coast and is home to some of the most diverse natural environments. Marking a new chapter for comprehensive wellness tourism, Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay will feature 220 keys comprising of rooms and suites, as well as villas with their own private pools, and 26 branded residential villas, all thoughtfully designed to offer breathtaking bay and sea views. The resort will include a luxury spa nestled within its garden of tranquility and inspiration featuring a sculptured waterfall. The Organic Spa Garden will be a focal point and treatment experience set to stimulate the senses, offering extensive therapeutic remedies including halotherapy, cryotherapy, and advanced skin therapies. About The Role
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused
Retail Shop Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, maintaining an organized and well-presented store, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the shop. You will play an important role in creating a positive shopping experience while contributing to the success of the business.
What You Will Do
- Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional assistance.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Replenish shelves and maintain attractive product displays.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
- Receive, unpack, and organize incoming deliveries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe retail environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints professionally.
- Support promotional activities and contribute to achieving sales targets.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
What You Bring
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A customer-first mindset with a positive and professional attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills; experience with POS systems is an advantage.
- Reliability, flexibility, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.
