About the role:

To ensure delivery of fresh, UHT/Foods, Milk are dispatched on a timely manner as per the daily/weekly plan to the correct destination with accurate documentation & achieve department objectives from the operating hub. 

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate transport plans with Sales to ensure timely delivery of goods to depots while maximizing refrigerated vehicle utilization within approved weight limits.
• Oversee yard operations to ensure all activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with Transport SOPs.
• Ensure accurate documentation, valid driver compliance requirements, and correct product dispatch to depots within agreed delivery timelines.
• Promote safe transport operations and support the achievement of annual safety and accident reduction targets.
• Monitor transport activities to ensure full compliance with Transport SOPs and escalate process gaps or improvement opportunities to management.
• Supervise transport staff to ensure operational objectives are achieved and operational issues are promptly addressed.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and housekeeping across hub accommodation facilities and ensure compliance with established hygiene requirements.

Requirements:

• English Fluency
• Recognized computer qualification / High School Graduate
• Proficiency in MS Office
• 1 - 2 years’ experience in a similar role
