About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Team Manager - Civil Engineering to lead civil projects, supervise site activities, and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and engineering standards. The role involves contractor management, technical oversight, project coordination, and resolving multidisciplinary construction challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations, work crews, and contractors.
• Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and safety requirements.
• Monitor quality, progress, and team performance.
• Provide technical guidance and support for project teams and contractors.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within standards.
• Conduct site inspections and address construction-related issues.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree: 4-5 years' experience, including 3 years in a supervisory/engineering role.
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
• Soil, aggregate, cement, and field compaction testing.
• Construction quality control and assurance.
• Civil works supervision and contractor management.
• Interpretation of engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong knowledge of workplace safety and construction best practices.
• Excellent communication skills.
