Job Description:
The HR Operations Specialist is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operational activities, ensuring smooth execution of HR processes including employee records management, HR transactions, and coordination across departments. The role also involves handling government platforms, supporting HR reporting, and ensuring compliance with company policies and Saudi labor regulations
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute day-to-day HR operational tasks and ensure smooth workflow across HR processes.
- Manage and maintain employee records and HR systems with high accuracy and confidentiality.
- Handle HR transactions across government platforms (such as Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad, and Absher, Ajeer).
- Process employee onboarding, offboarding, and contract updates in line with labor regulations.
- Support payroll-related inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management.
- Prepare regular HR operational reports including attendance, headcount, and turnover data.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across all HR systems and platforms.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR workflows and system efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR operations processes.
Hands-on experience or familiarity with government platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad, Absher, Ajeer).
- Strong Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Good communication and teamwork skills
