تعلن شركة IFF، الرائدة عالميًا في مجال النكهات والعطور والمكونات الغذائية والصحة والعلوم الحيوية، عن توفر وظيفة "مدير حسابات (سعودي)" في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. تتضمن الوظيفة استقبال ومعالجة طلبات العملاء واستفساراتهم وشكاواهم، والحفاظ على علاقات مستمرة مع العملاء المختارين وفريق المبيعات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم بناء المعرفة بالسوق المستهدف وبيئة العملاء وأنشطتهم واستراتيجياتهم وعلاماتهم التجارية وأسواقهم ومستهلكيهم من خلال المصادر المتاحة.
- بناء علاقات مع صناع القرار المؤثرين لدى العملاء من خلال عقد اجتماعات منتظمة.
- تطوير فهم لمعايير اتخاذ القرار لدى العملاء.
- توثيق زيارات العملاء والرؤى المكتسبة بدقة وفي الوقت المناسب.
- التواصل مع خدمة العملاء بشأن أهداف سلسلة التوريد وعملياتها وتنظيمها وأدائها، والاتفاق على خطة التواصل والتنفيذ بدعم من الإدارة المباشرة للحالات المعقدة.
- اقتراح الإدارة المثلى لرأس المال العامل (اتفاقيات شروط الدفع، متابعة حالة الحسابات المدينة شهريًا، والتدخل عند الحاجة).
- تأهيل الفرص التجارية بالاستعانة بفريق الابتكار والإبداع والتصميم (IC&D) وإرشادات تكلفة الخدمة بدعم من المدير المباشر.
- الترويج لمنتجات الشركة وبنك المنتجات.
- توفير رؤى مفصلة للمشروع (من وجهة نظر العميل والداخلية) للفريق لتحديد معايير المشروع بوضوح وتسجيلها في نظام إدارة المشاريع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس ويفضل في إدارة الأعمال أو التسويق أو العلوم أو الهندسة.
- القدرة على فهم المفاهيم والعمليات المالية الأساسية (التسعير/الهامش/التوقعات).
- الفضول والشغف مع اهتمام قوي بالمبيعات وتطوير المنتجات والمستهلكين وفهم السوق (التسويق والبحث والتطوير والذكاء التنافسي).
- معرفة أساسية بالعطور ومهارات شمية. حيثما ينطبق، فهم أساسي لعلوم الجلد وعلم الأحياء.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 1-3 سنوات في المبيعات أو خدمة المبيعات أو تطوير المنتجات أو تخطيط الحسابات أو التسويق، ويفضل في صناعات العطور أو مستحضرات التجميل أو السلع الاستهلاكية سريعة الحركة أو النكهات أو المواد الكيميائية أو المكونات.

- مهارات تواصل وتفاوض وعرض ممتازة.
- القدرة على التعاون بشكل متقاطع مع الفرق الداخلية والخارجية.

Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Support in building knowledge of specific market, customer environment and specific customer activities, strategies, brands, markets, consumers via all available sources
- Build relationships with customer decision makers/influencers by holding regular meetings
- Develop understanding of customer decision making criteria
- Timely and accurately document customer visits and insights
- Communicate client supply chain objectives, processes, organization, score
- Consult with customer service on key customer supply issues and agree on communication /implementation plan with support of line management for more complex issues/solutions
- Propose optimal working capital management (payment terms agreements, monthly awareness of AR status and support/intervene when required) with
- Promote bank/ product portfolio
- Provide detailed project insight (Customer/ Internal perspective) to the team in order to clearly define brief parameters and capture them in Project management system
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business, Marketing, Sciences or Engineering
- Ability to understand basic financial concepts/processes (pricing/margin/forecasting)
- Curiosity and passion with strong interests in sales, product development, consumers, and market understanding (Marketing/R&D/CI)
- Basic fragrance knowledge and olfactive skills. Where applicable, basic understanding of skin science and biology.
- Minimum 1-3 Years experience in sales, sales service, product development, account planning or marketing preferably fragrance, cosmetics, FMCG, flavors, chemical or ingredients industries
- Good communicator with negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to cross collaborate with internal & external teams
- Self-driven with a track record for delivering results

- Digital savvy with an ability to leverage online resources
