نحن نبحث عن موهوب لشغل منصب مساعد دعم مبيعات للانضمام إلى فريق مبيعات الأغذية والتقنيات الحيوية في الخبر. المهام والمسؤوليات

  • الرد على استفسارات العملاء عبر الهاتف والبريد الإلكتروني والشخصي بدقة واحترافية.
  • تقديم معلومات عن المنتجات/الخدمات وحل مشكلات العملاء الأساسية أو تصعيدها عند الحاجة.
  • الحفاظ على سجلات العملاء وتحديث قواعد البيانات بمعلومات دقيقة.
  • دعم عملية تأهيل العملاء والمتابعة واستطلاعات الرضا.
  • التنسيق مع فرق المبيعات والعمليات والدعم لضمان الاستجابة للعملاء في الوقت المناسب.
  • إعداد التقارير والعروض التقديمية والوثائق حسب طلب الإدارة.
  • المساعدة في إدخال البيانات وحفظ الملفات والحفاظ على السجلات الرقمية والورقية المنظمة.
  • دعم أنشطة المشتريات مثل طلب عروض الأسعار وتتبع الطلبات والتنسيق مع الموردين.
  • المساعدة في تنظيم فعاليات الشركة والاجتماعات والاتصالات الداخلية.
  • مراقبة مستلزمات المكتب والتنسيق لتجديدها.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خلفية إدارية أو مهنية في مجال الإدارة.
  • مؤهل عالي، بكالوريوس في الموارد البشرية أو مجال ذي صلة أو خلفية إدارية.
  • خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات.
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية.

Where You'll Make a Difference

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Provide product/service information and resolve basic customer issues or escalate when needed.
  • Maintain customer records and update databases with accurate information.
  • Support customer onboarding, follow‑ups, and satisfaction surveys.
  • Coordinate with sales, operations, and support teams to ensure timely customer responses.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as requested by management.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining organized digital and physical records.
  • Support procurement activities such as requesting quotations, tracking orders, and coordinating with suppliers.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and internal communications.
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishment.

  • Higher Qualification, BA in HR related field or administration background
  • 3-5 Years experience
