الميكانيكي مسؤول عن إصلاح وتركيب وضبط وفحص وصيانة الآلات الصناعية ومعدات خدمات تشغيل الأنابيب (TRS) سواء في الورشة أو في المواقع الميدانية. يضمن هذا الدور صيانة المعدات وفقاً لمواصفات الشركة المصنعة (OEM) وإجراءات الشركة ومعايير الجودة لدعم العمليات الآمنة والموثوقة والفعالة. يلعب الميكانيكي دوراً حاسماً في الحفاظ على سلامة المعدات، ودعم الجاهزية التشغيلية، والمساهمة في ثقافة السلامة والجودة والتحسين المستمر.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الالتزام بجميع سياسات وإجراءات ومعايير السلامة والأمن والامتثال والبيئة الخاصة بالشركة.
- تعزيز ثقافة السلامة من خلال ضمان تنفيذ جميع الأعمال وفقاً لمتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) وأفضل الممارسات الصناعية.
- دعم مبادرات التحسين المستمر المتعلقة بالسلامة والجودة والأداء التشغيلي.
- الحفاظ على الامتثال لنظام إدارة الجودة الخاص بالشركة والمساهمة في تحسين العمليات.
- إجراء إصلاح وصيانة واستكشاف الأخطاء وخدمة معدات TRS والأصول المؤجرة وفقاً لمواصفات OEM وتعليمات العمل الخاصة بالشركة.
- فحص المعدات وتقييم التآكل والتلف والصلاحية للخدمة لضمان بقائها صالحة للغرض وجاهزة تشغيلياً.
- تركيب واستبدال وإعادة تأهيل المكونات الميكانيكية وقطع الإصلاح حسب الحاجة.
- الحفاظ على سجلات ووثائق صيانة دقيقة لضمان إمكانية تتبع العمل المنجز.
- تطبيق عمليات ضمان الجودة وإجراءات الشركة لضمان الامتثال للمعايير التشغيلية.
- تشغيل معدات الرفع وأجهزة مناولة المواد بأمان وفعالية.
- إجراء فحوصات دورية للرافعات والرافعات الشوكية وغيرها من المعدات قبل الاستخدام.
- أداء أعمال التصنيع والقطع واللحام الأساسية عند الحاجة.
- الحفاظ على بيئة عمل نظيفة ومنظمة وآمنة في جميع الأوقات.
- دعم فرق TRS التشغيلية من خلال ضمان توفر المعدات وموثوقيتها للعمليات الميدانية.
- التواصل الفعال مع الجهات المعنية الداخلية والخارجية بشأن حالة المعدات وأنشطة الصيانة.
- ضمان إنجاز جميع المهام الموكلة بأمان وكفاءة وفي الوقت المطلوب.
- أداء مهام إضافية يكلف بها من الإدارة وفقاً للكفاءة والمتطلبات التشغيلية.

Responsibilities
- Adhere to all company safety, security, compliance, and environmental policies, procedures, and standards.
- Promote a culture of safety by ensuring all work is performed in accordance with HSE requirements and industry best practices.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, quality, and operational performance.
- Maintain compliance with the company's Quality Management System and contribute to process improvements.
- Perform repair, maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of TRS equipment and rental assets in accordance with OEM specifications and company work instructions.
- Inspect equipment and assess wear, damage, and serviceability to ensure equipment remains fit for purpose and operationally ready.
- Install, replace, and recondition mechanical components and repair parts as required.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation to ensure traceability of work performed.
- Apply quality assurance processes and company procedures to ensure compliance with operational standards.
- Operate lifting equipment and material handling devices safely and effectively.
- Conduct routine inspections of cranes, forklifts, and other equipment prior to use.
- Perform basic fabrication, cutting, and welding activities when required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Support TRS operational teams by ensuring equipment availability and reliability for field operations.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding equipment status and maintenance activities.
- Ensure all assigned tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and within required timeframes.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management in line with competency and operational requirements.
- Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and adherence to company values and standards.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to work with maintenance management systems.
- Ability to learn and utilize JD Edwards or similar enterprise systems.
- Working knowledge of mechanical maintenance principles and practices.
- Basic understanding of electronic systems and troubleshooting techniques.
- Basic understanding of hydraulic systems and maintenance practices.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including extended hours and on-call requirements.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.
- Familiarity with oilfield equipment maintenance and TRS equipment is an advantage.
- Technical diploma, vocational training, apprenticeship, or equivalent mechanical training.
- Minimum 3 years of mechanical maintenance or equipment repair experience.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
- Proficient in English (read/write/comprehend)
- Experience with Tubular Running Services (TRS) equipment and maintenance practices.
- Experience with Weatherford equipment and operating systems.
- Counterbalance forklift operating certification.
- Overhead crane certification.
- Manual handling training certification.
- Post-apprenticeship experience in mechanical engineering or industrial maintenance.
- Previous experience within the oilfield services, manufacturing, or industrial equipment sectors.
