يتولى مهندس الحقل الثالث - الحفر المضغوط المُدار (MPD) مسؤولية تخطيط وتنفيذ وتحسين عمليات الحفر المضغوط المُدار في مواقع آبار العملاء. يقدم الدور خبرة هندسية متقدمة وقيادة تشغيلية ودعمًا فنيًا لضمان أداء حفر آمن وفعال وموثوق، مع تلبية توقعات العملاء ومعايير الشركة والمتطلبات التنظيمية. بالعمل عن كثب مع العملاء ومقاولي الحفر والفرق الداخلية، يخدم مهندس الحقل الثالث كمورد هندسي أساسي لمشاريع MPD المعقدة البرية والبحرية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة تنفيذ عمليات الحفر المضغوط المُدار (MPD) وفقًا للبرامج الهندسية المعتمدة والإجراءات التشغيلية ومعايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE).

- دعم التخطيط المسبق للعملية وتحديد المخاطر وتقييمات المخاطر والمراجعات الفنية مع العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة الداخليين.
- الإشراف على تجميع واختبار الضغط والتشغيل واستكشاف الأخطاء والصيانة وفك تجميع معدات MPD.
- تنسيق الأنشطة الميدانية مع مشرفي الحفر وممثلي الشركة وطاقم الموقع ومقدمي الخدمات لضمان سير العمليات بسلاسة.
- التحقيق في المشكلات التشغيلية وأعطال المعدات وإجراء تحليل السبب الجذري وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في هندسة البترول أو الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الهندسة الكيميائية أو أي تخصص هندسي ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في صناعة النفط والغاز في عمليات الحفر، بما في ذلك 5 سنوات على الأقل في عمليات الحفر المضغوط المُدار (MPD).
- خبرة مثبتة في دعم مشاريع MPD المعقدة البرية والبحرية.
- الاستعداد للسفر دوليًا والعمل في مهام تناوبية في مواقع نائية.

Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD) operations in accordance with approved engineering programs, operational procedures, and HSE standards.
- Provide real-time engineering support during drilling, tripping, casing running, cementing, and other well construction activities requiring MPD.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize drilling parameters, hydraulic performance, and pressure data to maintain wellbore pressure control.
- Operate and oversee automated MPD control systems to maintain target bottom-hole pressure throughout drilling operations.
- Develop engineering recommendations and operational adjustments based on real-time well conditions and technical analysis.
- Support pre-job planning, hazard identification, risk assessments, and technical reviews with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Supervise the rig-up, pressure testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and rig-down of MPD equipment.
- Coordinate field activities with drilling supervisors, company representatives, rig personnel, and service providers to ensure seamless operations.
- Investigate operational issues and equipment failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare accurate daily operational reports, engineering analyses, end-of-well reports, and lessons learned documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company HSE policies, customer requirements, API standards, and industry best practices.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior Field Engineers and Field Specialists.
- Support equipment commissioning, new technology implementation, inventory management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain equipment readiness and support mobilization planning for upcoming projects.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering high-quality technical support and operational excellence.
- Strong knowledge of Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD) technologies, equipment, and operational applications.
- Thorough understanding of well control principles, drilling hydraulics, and surface back-pressure management.
- Experience with Rotating Control Devices (RCD), MPD choke systems, Coriolis flow measurement systems, and automated MPD control systems.
- Proficiency in hydraulic modeling, pressure analysis, and interpretation of real-time drilling data.
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, instrumentation, and operational issues under demanding field conditions.

- IWCF or IADC Well Control Certification (Supervisor Level).
- Experience in HPHT, deepwater, extended-reach, depleted reservoir, and narrow-margin drilling environments.
- Knowledge of Constant Bottom Hole Pressure (CBHP), Pressurized Mud Cap Drilling (PMCD), Mud Cap Drilling (MCD), and Managed Pressure Cementing.
- H₂S, First Aid/CPR, BOSIET, and offshore survival certifications (as applicable).
