About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Control Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing control systems for a variety of industrial applications. This role requires a strong technical background, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative automation solutions. As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful execution of projects from conception through commissioning, ensuring they meet quality standards, safety regulations, and client specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in control systems design, development, and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of PLC, SCADA, DCS, and HMI systems.
• Familiarity with industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
• Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Relevant certifications or training in control systems or automation are preferred.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test control systems and automation solutions tailored to client requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand project scope and specifications.
• Program and configure PLCs, SCADA systems, and other automation hardware.
• Conduct system integration, testing, and commissioning at client sites.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting during project execution and after deployment.
• Document control system designs, configurations, and operational procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in automation technology and incorporate best practices into projects.
