شركة Visa، الرائدة عالميًا في تكنولوجيا المدفوعات، تعلن عن توفر وظيفة Senior Director لقطاع الاستشارات والتحليلات (VCA) في منطقة المملكة العربية السعودية والبحرين وعُمان (KBO)، ومقرها الرياض.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة بيع وتسليم المشاريع عالية التأثير في السعودية والبحرين وعُمان، مع حل المشكلات الاستراتيجية المعقدة وتحقيق الأهداف التجارية للعملاء.
- إدارة علاقات العملاء في الأسواق الرئيسية لتعزيز نمو الخدمات ذات القيمة المضافة.
- قيادة تخطيط وتقديم الحلول والعروض الخدمية في السوق، بالتعاون مع قادة الممارسات لتلبية احتياجات العملاء في المنطقة.
- تحديد فرص مشاريع جديدة للعملاء وقيادة إعداد المقترحات لأعمال جديدة.
- قيادة تطوير استراتيجية أعمال الاستشارات في منطقة KBO بما يتوافق مع قادة Visa الاستراتيجيين والرقميين والمخاطر والمحافظ في CEMEA وGCC.
- دفع نشر وتفعيل الموضوعات والقدرات الاستراتيجية الرئيسية في منطقة KBO (مثل GenAI، Open Banking وغيرها).
- دعم قيادة الاستشارات والتحليلات في GCC في جوانب الاقتصاديات المشاريع، التوقعات العينية، معدلات الحرق، الاستفادة، بطاقات الأداء، وإدارة مخاطر وجودة مخرجات المشاريع.
- إدارة التطوير المهني لفريق السوق وتحسينات الكفاءة.
- تركيب وإدارة هياكل المشاريع المعقدة عند الحاجة وفقًا لأهداف المهمة، نطاق المشروع، الميزانية، والتسليم.
- تطوير الملكية الفكرية ومشاركة المعرفة مع فرق الاستشارات وعلوم البيانات في المناطق الأخرى لدمج أفضل الممارسات وإيجاد حلول تحليلية لجلب منظور عالمي للعملاء المحليين.
- أداء دور قيادي في استقطاب المواهب وتدريب وتطوير المستشارين.
- يتطلب التواجد في المملكة العربية السعودية 4-5 أيام في الأسبوع، مع زيارات للبحرين وعُمان حسب احتياجات العملاء والسوق.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 15 سنة في دور استشاري في الخدمات المالية (يفضل الجمع بين خبرة استشارية ومصرفية).
- خبرة مثبتة في تطوير الأعمال وتسليم المشاريع لأعمال استشارية.
- خبرة في قيادة مبادرات إدارة التغيير واسعة النطاق إما بصفتك استشاريًا أو ممارسًا.
- يفضل بشدة الجمع بين الخبرات المحلية والإقليمية والعالمية في الخدمات المالية.
- القدرة على تطوير استراتيجيات وأنشطة لزيادة فعالية البرامج بناءً على الأداء.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل وسرد القصص والعروض التقديمية.
- اهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل والالتزام بالجودة.
- مهارات إدارة العلاقات والقدرة على التعامل مع أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين والخارجيين على المستويات العليا.
- مهارات التيسير الجماعي والعرض.
- مؤهل دراسي معترف به (يفضل ماجستير إدارة الأعمال MBA).
- القدرة على السفر بشكل متكرر والعمل في موقع العميل لفترات ممتدة عبر دول GCC.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية إلزامية. مهارات إضافية (العربية) مفضلة للغاية.

We are looking for a motivated individual who will manage and lead the development of a segment of our business in Saudi Arabia, looking at business development, client relationship and project delivery. The individual will also play an active role in growing the consulting practice through development of team structures, account management skills, coaching and mentoring methods while ensuring standardized methodology to proposals, project delivery and project impact measurement.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the sales and delivery of high impact projects in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Oman while resolving complex strategic problems and meeting business targets for clients
- Proactively manage Client engagements in key markets to foster value-added services growth
- Lead the planning and delivery of solutions and service offerings into the market, working with practice leads to address client needs in the region
- Identify additional client project opportunities and lead the preparation of proposals for new client work
- Lead the strategy development for the consulting business in the KBO regions in alignment with the VCA CEMEA and GCC Digital and Strategy, Risk and Portfolio Leads
- Drive the deployment and roll out of key strategic topics and capabilities in the KBO regions (e.g., GenAI, Open Banking, etc.)
- Support GCC Consulting & Analytics leadership on project and practice economics, value-in-kind forecasts, burn rates, utilization, scorecards and to manage risk and quality of the project deliverables
- Manage the market team professional development and efficiency improvements
- Synthesize and manage complex project structures when required assignment objectives, project scope, budget and project delivery
- Develop IP and knowledge sharing with consulting & data science teams in other regions to incorporate best practice, source analytical or other solutions to bring global perspective to local clients
- Play a leadership role in talent recruitment, coaching and development of consultants
Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of experience in a financial services consulting role (combination of consulting and banking experience is highly desirable)
- Proven experience in business development and project delivery for a consulting business.
- Experience driving large-scale change management initiatives either in a consulting or practitioner capacity
- A combination of local, regional and global experience in financial services is strongly desired
- Ability to develop strategies and activities to increase effectiveness of programs based on performance
- Excellent communication, storytelling and presentation skills
- A strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Relationship management skills, should be able to manage internal and external stakeholders at senior levels
- Group facilitation and presentation skills
- A recognized Degree qualification (MBA is preferred)
- Able to travel frequently and work on client site for extended periods across GCC
- Fluency in English mandatory. Additional language skills (Arabic) is highly preferred
