المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة ودعم المبادرات المجتمعية من خلال تصميم وتنسيق وتوسيع نطاق البرامج التي تعزز المشاركة في أنظمة المصادر المفتوحة.
- العمل كحلقة وصل بين المساهمين في المجتمع وفِرق الهندسة والمنتجات وعلاقات المطورين الداخلية لضمان التوافق والكفاءة.
- تسهيل المشاركات عبر تحسين مسارات العمل وتقليل الاحتكاك وتمكين المساهمين من تنفيذ المشاريع التقنية بنجاح.
- إنتاج محتوى مكتوب وتقني عالي الجودة مثل منشورات المدونات والتحديثات والوثائق للتواصل حول تقدم المجتمع ومبادراته.
- المشاركة الفاعلة مع مجتمعات المصادر المفتوحة عبر منصات متعددة مثل المنتديات وأنظمة الدردشة والقنوات الاجتماعية والفعاليات.

Accountabilities
- Lead and support community initiatives by designing, coordinating, and scaling programs that strengthen engagement across open source ecosystems.
- Act as a liaison between community contributors and internal engineering, product, and developer relations teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.
- Facilitate contributions by improving workflows, reducing friction, and enabling contributors to successfully deliver technical projects.
- Produce high-quality written and technical content such as blog posts, updates, and documentation to communicate community progress and initiatives.
