Jobgether تعلن نيابة عن شركة شريكة عن وظيفة مدير مشاريع تقنية (Technical Project Manager - TPM) في السعودية. سيقود المرشح تسليم المنتجات الرقمية المبتكرة بدءًا من المفاهيم الأولية وحتى الإطلاق وما بعده، ويعمل عند تقاطع استراتيجية المنتج والتصميم والهندسة وقيادة العملاء.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة مبادرات التصميم والتطوير الرشيقة (Agile) للمنتجات الرقمية، والإشراف على إنشاء وتسليم وإطلاق المنتجات من البداية إلى النهاية.
- تنسيق التواصل والتعاون بين فرق المنتج وتجربة المستخدم/واجهة المستخدم (UX/UI) والهندسة والتسويق والقيادة لضمان التوافق طوال المشاريع.
- الشراكة مع أصحاب المصلحة في المنتج لوضع خطط المشروع وتوضيح أهداف العمل وتحديد الأولويات ودفع الفرق نحو التنفيذ الناجح.
- إدارة نطاق المشروع والجداول الزمنية والمعالم الرئيسية والأولويات وسير العمل مع ضمان تركيز الفرق على أهداف العميل والعمل الرئيسية.
- العمل مع القيادة لتحديد نطاقات العمل وتوثيق المتطلبات التفصيلية وضمان توافق المخرجات مع المتطلبات والالتزامات المعتمدة.
- الحفاظ على قوائم مهام (Product Backlogs) منظمة ومدعومة بمعايير قبول واضحة ومتطلبات قابلة للتنفيذ طوال دورة حياة تطوير البرمجيات.

- خبرة مثبتة في تنفيذ وإطلاق حلول برمجية تتمحور حول المستخدم عبر دورة التطوير الكاملة؛ خبرة في تطبيقات الأجهزة المحمولة (mobile applications) ميزة إضافية.

- Strong knowledge of Agile project management methodologies and the flexibility to adapt delivery approaches to changing priorities, milestones, and deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to manage project scopes, requirements, backlogs, acceptance criteria, timelines, and cross-functional dependencies.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams while maintaining attention to detail and delivery quality.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, with confidence collaborating with clients, technical teams, product leaders, designers, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to motivate, mentor, and support multidisciplinary teams while fostering a collaborative, positive, and accountable working environment.
