شركة Deloitte تبحث عن Senior Manager في مجال AI & Data للعمل في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، ضمن فريق Data Modernization (GPS).
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إنتاج عمل عالي الجودة والتعاون مع الآخرين لتقديم تجربة عملاء متميزة.
- فهم كيفية عمل وظائف الأعمال وتأثير اتجاهات القطاع على أعمال العميل.
- تحديد الفرص لتحسين كفاءة وفعالية العمليات الرئيسية ضمن وظيفة الأعمال.
- اختيار الطرق المناسبة لجمع وتحليل البيانات، وتطوير توصيات مدعومة تدعم استراتيجية العميل.
- الحفاظ على الهدوء في حالات النزاع والمواقف الحساسة، وإحالة القضايا إلى قيادة engagement/account عند الاقتضاء.
- تنظيم الرؤى وتحديد تدفق منطقي لسرد قصة عند تقديم التوصيات.
- تطبيق الوعي بالاتجاهات العالمية لتلبية احتياجات العميل وتعزيز التوصيات.
- تطبيق منظور عالمي ومتنوع في حل المشكلات.
- معالجة تحديات الأعمال في نقطة التقاطع بين العمليات والتكنولوجيا.
- فهم البيئة التجارية الأوسع وكيف يمكن للتحليلات دعم المبادرات الاستراتيجية للعميل.
- التعرف على التقنيات التحليلية المناسبة للتحدي المطروح وتطبيق الدقة على جميع النماذج التحليلية.
- تطوير الذات بشكل نشط من خلال البحث عن فرص للنمو، ومشاركة المعرفة والخبرات مع الآخرين، والعمل كسفير للعلامة التجارية.
- البحث عن فرص لتحدي الذات؛ والعمل ضمن فرق عبر الأعمال والحدود لتحقيق النتائج وتحمل المسؤولية عن نتائج الفريق.
- بناء العلاقات والتواصل بفعالية للتأثير إيجابياً على الأقران وأصحاب المصلحة.
- فهم أهداف العميل وشركة Deloitte، ومواءمة العمل مع تلك الأهداف وتحديد الأولويات الشخصية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو الدراسات العليا في علوم الحاسوب أو الرياضيات أو أي تخصص علمي آخر.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات (إجمالي).
- خبرة في القطاع العام إلزامية.
- يفضل أن يكون المتحدث باللغة العربية.
- خبرة عملية من 6 إلى 10 سنوات في هندسة البيانات والهندسة المعمارية (Data Engineering & Architecture) تشمل تصميم وتنفيذ خطوط أنابيب هندسة البيانات، وأطر ETL، ونماذج البيانات الفعلية (الأبعادية والعلائقية)، وتنسيق خطوط أنابيب البيانات وغيرها من الأنشطة ذات الصلة كما هو مذكور في المهارات التقنية.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية كتابة وتحدثاً.
- القدرة على التعامل مع مهام ومسؤوليات متعددة في بيئة موجهة بالمواعيد النهائية وساعات عمل مرنة.
- الاستعداد للسفر عبر منطقة GCC (75% من الوقت).
- يفضل خبرة سابقة في إحدى الشركات الأربع الكبرى (Big Four) أو شركات تكامل الأنظمة العالمية.
- يفضل إتقان اللغة العربية.
- يفضل الحصول على شهادة مهنية في أي من الأدوات أو المنصات المذكورة أعلاه.
المهارات المطلوبة
- القدرة على فهم المتطلبات التقنية والتجارية وترجمتها إلى بنية مخصصة شاملة بناءً على احتياجات العميل.
- القدرة على فهم وتحديث بنيات منصات البيانات التقليدية باستخدام مفاهيم مثل Agentic AI.
- القدرة على تصميم بنية Agentic AI شاملة مع مكونات الحوكمة والتنسيق المطلوبة.
- قيادة عدة تطبيقات كبيرة لمنصات البيانات في القطاع العام.
- خبرة عملية مؤكدة في إعداد خطوط أنابيب هندسة البيانات باستخدام أداة واحدة على الأقل من: Informatica، Talend، Pentaho، T-SQL، Python، Spark، أو أي hyperscaler سحابي (AWS، Azure، GCP، Oracle OCI).
- خبرة عملية مع قواعد البيانات من نوع SQL إلزامية. خبرة مع Iceberg وDelta Tables وHadoop تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- خبرة عملية في تصميم وصيانة نماذج البيانات الفعلية لمستودعات البيانات (نماذج الأبعاد) أو قواعد البيانات التشغيلية (النماذج العلائقية).
- خبرة عملية في تصميم وتنفيذ خطوط أنابيب هندسة البيانات في الوقت الفعلي / الحدثية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- خبرة عملية في تصميم وتنفيذ خطوط أنابيب استيعاب البيانات من مصادر متنوعة مثل APIs وWeb Services وDatabases وStreams وFiles وObject Storage وغيرها.
- خبرة عملية في تصميم وتنفيذ Slowly Changing Dimensions تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- خبرة عملية في تنسيق خطوط أنابيب هندسة البيانات المتعددة بناءً على مصدر البيانات واحتياجات الأعمال.
- خبرة عملية في تصميم وإدارة النشر الشامل لخطوط أنابيب هندسة البيانات باستخدام ممارسات وأدوات DevOps المناسبة.
- خبرة مؤكدة في إجراء تحليل مصدر البيانات، ورسم خرائط المصدر إلى الهدف، وتصميم وتحديد قواعد التحويل.
- القدرة على التعاون مع علماء البيانات ومهندسي البيانات وأصحاب المصلحة لفهم المتطلبات وترجمتها إلى حلول تقنية.
- خبرة عملية في تطبيق أطر وقواعد جودة البيانات ضمن خطوط أنابيب هندسة البيانات تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- القدرة على إجراء ضبط الأداء وتحسين سير العمل لمعالجة البيانات وتحليلاتها لزيادة الكفاءة وقابلية التوسع.

- Hands-on experience in designing and maintaining physical data models for data warehouses (dimensional models) or operational databases (relational models).
- Hands-on experience in designing and implementing real time / event-based data engineering pipelines is a plus.
- Hands-on experience in designing and implementing data ingestion pipelines from various data sources such as APIs, Web Services, Databases, Streams, Files, Object Storage etc.
- Hands-on experience on designing and implementing slowly changing dimensions will be a plus.
- Hands-on experience in orchestrating multiple data engineering pipelines based on data source and business needs.
- Hands-on experience in designing and managing the end-to-end deployment of data engineering pipelines using appropriate DevOps practices and tools.
- Proven experience in conducting data source analysis, source to target mapping and transformation rule design and definition.
- Ability to collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Hands-on experience in applying data quality frameworks and rules within data engineering pipelines will be a plus.
- Ability to conduct performance tuning and optimization of data processing and analytics workflows to maximize efficiency and scalability.
- Produce a high-quality work product and collaborate with others to deliver a superior client experience.

- Minimum 10 years of experience required
- Experience in public sector is a must
- Arabic Speaker is preference
- 6-10 years of hands-on Data Engineering & Architecture experience designing and implementing data engineering pipelines, ETL frameworks, physical data models (dimensional and relational), data pipeline orchestration and other data engineering related activities as per technical capabilities on the previous section.
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Ability to handle multiple task and responsibilities in a deadline-oriented environment and flexible work hours
- Willingness to travel across GCC region (75% of time)
- Experience in Big Four or Global System Integrators is a plus.
- Arabic language is a plus.
- Professional Certification in any of the above-mentioned tools or platforms will be a plus.
