We're Hiring - Sales Coordinator - Industrial & Electrical Products

Stralen Aero Company is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

• Fresh Saudi Graduates with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

• This role is best suited for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced office environment, possess excellent communication and organizational skills, and can efficiently manage multiple customer enquiries while maintaining a high level of accuracy and customer satisfaction.

• Respond to customer enquiries received via email, telephone, online portals, and walk-in visits.
• Review customer RFQs, technical specifications, and commercial requirements.
• Prepare accurate quotations, commercial offers, and sales documentation.
• Process quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documents using the Company's cloud ERP system.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotations, purchase orders, deliveries, and outstanding requirements.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
• Monitor order status and provide timely updates to customers.
• Support the sales team in achieving departmental objectives while delivering excellent customer service.
• Ensure compliance with Company policies, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 0-2 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, administration, or inside sales. Fresh graduates with strong communication and computer skills are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and cloud-based ERP or CRM systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic will be considered.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• High attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
