Sales Manager
Job Purpose
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth across the Saudi market by developing strategic relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and key decision-makers within the fit-out, interior products, and building materials sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand business opportunities with consultants, developers, contractors, and key accounts.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities into long-term partnerships.
- Promote premium interior solutions, including curtain systems, motorized solutions, blinds, upholstery, and fabrics.
- Deliver professional product presentations and technical solutions to clients.
- Manage project sales from specification through project completion and handover.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, procurement teams, and project managers.
- Achieve sales targets while expanding market share across the Kingdom.
- Maintain and develop the provided client and project database, ensuring effective lead conversion.
Requirements
- 10-15 years of B2B sales experience within Fit-Out, Building Materials, Construction Materials, FF&E, Procurement, or Interior Products.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the Saudi market (KSA).
- Proven track record in project sales, business development, and key account management.
- Strong network with consultants, developers, contractors, architects, interior designers, and procurement teams across KSA.
- Experience in specification sales and project-based selling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to drive business growth and consistently achieve sales targets.
