شركة KBR, Inc. تعلن عن وظيفة فني أجهزة (Instrument Technician) في الجبيل، المنطقة الشرقية، المملكة العربية السعودية، للعمل على ضمان موثوقية أصول الأجهزة وتوفرها لدعم تشغيل الوحدات الإنتاجية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • قيادة وتنسيق أنشطة فريق فنيي الصيانة لضمان الامتثال لخطة الصيانة الوقائية وتنفيذ صيانة الأعطال بكفاءة وفعالية لأنظمة الأجهزة والمعدات.
  • الإشراف على تنفيذ خطة الصيانة الشهرية والأسبوعية، ورفع تقارير التقدم بشكل منتظم.
  • تقديم الصيانة والإصلاح في الموقع لجميع أنواع الأجهزة (مثل المولدات والمحولات والمحركات) وفقًا للمعايير والإجراءات الآمنة وتوصيات الشركة المصنعة.
  • يكون نقطة الاتصال الرئيسية لخطة تنفيذ صيانة الأجهزة اليومية، ومتابعة أعمال الصيانة وإعداد تقارير التقدم إلى رئيس الفنيين.
  • إجراء زيارات ميدانية متكررة لضمان التنفيذ السليم للأعمال، وتسجيل الأعمال اليومية مقابل برامج الصيانة المخطط لها.
  • المساعدة في تنفيذ التعديلات الهندسية وتحسينات المعدات عبر تقديم توصيات لزيادة ملاءمة الأنظمة وقابليتها للخدمة.
  • الامتثال لمتطلبات السلامة الوقائية والسلوك الآمن.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • الجنسية سعودية (شرط أساسي).
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في صيانة قطاع النفط والغاز.
  • حاصل على دبلوم في مجال ذي صلة.
  • فهم تقني قوي لإدارة صيانة مرافق النفط والغاز.
  • القدرة على السفر دولياً والعيش في المملكة العربية السعودية.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات قيادية مثبتة في المؤسسات الكبيرة.
  • مهارات تواصل ممتازة والتعامل مع الآخرين.
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة.
  • معرفة قوية بصيانة وإصلاح أنظمة الأجهزة والميكانيكية والأنظمة الكهروهيدروليكية.
  • معرفة بالمعايير والإجراءات واللوائح المتعلقة بالصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
  • حسن التخطيط والمبادرة، مع قدرة على حل المشكلات تحت الضغط.
  • مهارات إدارة استراتيجية والقدرة على تحقيق نتائج الأعمال في بيئة متعددة الثقافات.

KBR is looking for INSTRUMENT TECHNICIAN who is responsible for ensuring Instrument assets are reliable and available in order to keep Process Units in operation.

Responsibilities

  • To Lead, supervise and coordinate activities of maintenance technician’s team and focuses in compliance with the preventive maintenance plan and an efficient and effective development of breakdown maintenance on Instrument systems, equipment and facilities within his area of influence, applying the best and safe maintenance practices.
  • the execution of monthly and weekly maintenance plan, Control & Submit progress reports on a regular basis.
  • Provide onsite maintenance and repairs on all types of Instruments (such as generators, transformers and motors). Ensure that maintenance activities are carried out in accordance to standards, specifications, safety procedures, manufacturer’s recommendation and contract terms.
  • To lead, supervise and coordinate the day to-day activities of Instrument maintenance activities develop by technician on all Instrument systems plant, equipment and facilities within the designated area of responsibility. He is the Focal point for daily Instrument maintenance execution plan.
  • Conduct frequent site visits to ensure proper execution of work and check on the activity’s technicians engaged in routine maintenance activities.
  • Follow-up on Instrument maintenance work progress and submit regular progress reports to the Instrument foreman with recommendations. Keep a record of daily maintenance works against planned maintenance programs and prepare work completion reports, where applicable.
  • Assist in implementing engineering modifications and enhancements to Instrument equipment by making recommendations to increase the suitability and serviceability of Instrument systems.
  • Proactive Safety aptitude and behavior.
  • Strong knowledge of maintaining and repairing Instrument systems.
  • Good knowledge in Instrument equipment design, installation and maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of maintaining and repairing Mechanical and electro hydraulic systems
  • Strong knowledge of standards, procedures and regulation to develop activities taking care of Health, Safety and Environmental preservation
  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • Good commands oral and written English.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance - Diploma.
  • Strong technical understanding of maintenance management of Oil & Gas Facilities
  • Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills
  • Proven leadership skills with large organizations
  • Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems
  • Strategic management skills
  • An ability to achieve business results working in a multi-cultural environment
  • Flexibility to travel internationally and live in KSA.
