نبذة عن الوظيفة

نبحث عن عازل (Insulation Fitter) مسؤول عن إزالة وإصلاح العزل الساخن والبارد على المعدات والأنظمة داخل مصانع SATORP.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تطبيق وإزالة وإصلاح العزل على المعدات الصناعية والأنابيب ومجاري الهواء أو غيرها من الأنظمة الميكانيكية داخل مصانع SATORP.
  • تحديد الكميات والأنواع المطلوبة من العزل وطرق التركيب بناءً على عوامل مثل الموقع وشكل السطح واستخدام المعدات.
  • تركيب الصفائح المعدنية حول الأنابيب المعزولة باستخدام البراغي لحماية العزل من الظروف الجوية أو التلف المادي.
  • تجهيز الأسطح لتطبيق العزل عن طريق دهن أو نشر المواد اللاصقة.
  • اختيار العزل المناسب مثل الألياف الزجاجية أو الستايروفوم أو الفلين بناءً على خصائص المادة في الاحتفاظ بالحرارة أو عزلها.
  • الإلمام بقواعد الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE).
  • المعرفة المناسبة بالمواد الخطرة في المصنع.
  • المعرفة المناسبة بمعدات الحماية الشخصية (PPE) واستخدامها.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في صيانة النفط والغاز.
  • شهادة ثانوية عامة.

KBR is looking for Insulation Fitter Responsible for remove and repair of hot and cold insulation.

Responsibilities

  • Apply, remove, and repair insulation on industrial equipment, pipes, ductwork, or other mechanical systems within SATORP Plants.
  • Determine the amounts and types of insulation needed, and methods of installation, based on factors such as location, surface shape, and equipment use.
  • Install sheet metal around insulated pipes with screws in order to protect the insulation from weather conditions or physical damage.
  • Prepare surfaces for insulation application by brushing or spreading on adhesives.
  • Select appropriate insulation such as fiberglass, Styrofoam, or cork, based on the heat retaining or excluding characteristics of the material.
  • Must be aware of HSE rule.
  • Proper knowledge about plant Hazard materials.
  • Proper knowledge about PPE & it use.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance - High School.
